I used Thai registered mail and it took 3 months for them to acknowledge it.  I went to the website and found their fax number and faxed the form to them after 30 days of not receiving a delivery acknowledgment. Another safeguard was to call an agent at the websites number and explain the delivery problem and then inform then that I faxed the form..  The agent made a note and said since I talked to her by phone it would suffic. Therefore the form wasn't a problem in the timeframe posted on the for.

yeah just the receipt they put in your passport but no other copies of from passport or the form TM47 They just gave them all back to me.  It took less than 5 min to process

I went to CM immigration and IO informed me TM47 no longer needed just receipt from last report.  Any others experience that?

Having been in the medical profession for 30 years I can offer some input involving prostate.  PSA is a relative number and sometimes causes a false positive test, therefore a digital exam and MRI will definitely corroborate cancer etc. Also if getting a preliminary Ultrasoind should get at least 2 or 3 to compare as the results are only as good as the operator.  I have had prostatitis for over 30 years which come and goes , with always a normal PSA and digital exam. Floroquinolones like Cipro has been the mainstay but recent studies of heart arrthymias have changed the regimen to NORFLOXACIN..They have been used with infectious prostatitis but also non infectious prostatitis which I have always had. Also the screening to have changed to a younger age not older.
