why is the army not activating marshal law?

they should enforce corruption first and up the salary of the bull's to gain loyalt so the cop's refuse bribes, and tham you can enforce all sorts of traffic crimes... what do you say?

hello dudes and dudets,

please advise me on the requirements i need to buy a bike...something like a honda CBR 150R.

you see, i am american thai. i just got my thai id and thabien baan. so now i would like to by a motor bike on my own name, but i want to "PON" the bike, pay monthly. Now i know i need a Bank statement, and "money"...lol, but what else do i need???

please let me know...enlighten me... teach me the tip's & trix's.

Don't think for a second that the cops are going to do crack down...they do that just for image, the cops are the ones who are behind all this crap, the cabs have to pay the cops so that they can pick up tourist at the airport. that's why the farangs are charged . exp. taxi charge farang 600 thb, taxi give cop 200 thb.

the thai national police needs to get in there and take out all the dirty shid.

coruption in thailand is stinkin bad, and the problem is that you cant trust the authorities in thailand.

The bar is obviously owned by an influential Thai - policeman or politician.Would a Farang owned Bar have undercover cops working in it? Would the police care if a Farang owned bar got ripped off? Certainly not, because the police are looking to do just that - rip off the Farang owned bar themselves by searching for unauthentic music on the computer or Thai CD's etc or absolutely any other "law" they can make up to extort baht from the owner. (yes, I've owned a Bar in Thailand so I'm talking from first hand experience)

So,this is some Thai scumbags bar and they are putting a tourist in jail for stealing a towel. I suggest you avoid this bar if you're ever in Phuket and tell everyone that you know to avoid it as well.

What is the Name of this Bar? Can anyone tell me....
