have some questions

i am austrian

lived in china and taiwan and korea

i immigratet to malaysia 18 month ago...

i mean i foundet a factory there for spezial electronic assembly

then i got the work permit and the gold card in malaysia for 2 years

there was no Investment required

as a director i can apply for Visa same in Singapore i hold the PR Pass ( permanent Residential )

after 18 month and many things happend in this country ( MY ) religion and humen right i am tired about that and

i think to move out

sell my company there where i hold 500.000 shares and 1 share a malay accounting company ( and its OK by law )

in thailand its more complicated also the workpermit and visa

finaly i like to found a company in the tax free area Phraeksa ( closed to the sea at BKK side )

the investment will be around 3 to 4 MIO( THB ) next 2 years and i will hire around 5 to 6 staff

i will also live in the area....

do u have any idea ... ?? i dont like to run to the BOI ..... i have now 400 m2 electronic assembly including 30m2 Clean room for TFT touch assembly and LCD modification and 50m2 ofice

i will bring all my stuff from malaysia to Thailand in 2 40 feet container ..

and its important the TAX free zone i knwo ho complicated is import with BOI ( in malay calls CJ5 and CJ2 Salstace free )
