The airlines website does not allow bookings within 24 hours of departure. Dear, So far as I have been several time in the airport and flown many times with Cebu Pacific, it's impossible to buy a ticket in the airport. There are a lot of travel agents who could sell you tickets, even 24hours before your flight.
