As long as you enter the country on or before the enter before date on your visa you will get a 90 day entry.

Your visas validity means nothing once your are in the country. You could even apply for a 60 day extension to visit your wife of the last 90 day entry you will get.

im looking for an answer which I'm sure all you guys will ridicule me for but believe me I have looked,my multi non o visa runs out in 28 Jan 2017 but I'm leaving Thailand and returning on 3rd Jan 2017

my question is will I get stamped at suvanapom airport for three months permission to stay if so will that be ok to renew my multi non o at the end of the three months or will I have overstayed ?

Sorry to jump in on this but does anybody know the earliest time I can go through immigration to vientienne please I live in udon Thani and it's my first time leaving Thailand on a non o marriage visa multiple entry cheers all in advance

If I can be cheeky enough to ask when it comes to renewing my non o visa what is the easiest route or place to go bearing in mind I'm residing in udon Thani it's just I've heard many bad stories about Laos crossings and overnighting with nothing to do there could you recommend for me your less stressful place to renew when the time comes

Again I really really appreciate your valuable knowledge on these confusing matters

You can get a new multiple entry non-o visa based upon marriage in Savannakhet Laos. There is no place within the region where you can a visa on the same day you apply.

I have seen no reports of anybody having a problem entering at any border crossing with Laos that had a valid visa for entry.

Ok that bit I understand so I leave every 90 days which is 4 times for a multi non o which I have so the last time the visa will have expired so do I just renew in the nearest place to me which is nongbkhai or is there a cheaper way ?sorry your wealth of visa knowledge must be tested with my Virgin mentality but I really would like to know from the master then I know it's genuine thanks ubonjoe

Please can you explain as I am very new to the visa scene why do you get an extension as your visa is still only valid for a year ? Sorry if I sound ignorant but I am genuinely unawares as to the advantage of an extension is ? Many thanks in advance ian

Nothing needed other than your passport, photo and money needed to pay for a Lao visa on arrival.

Just cross into Laos, turnaround and come back.

You need your passport, photos for the Lao visa and the cash to pay for it .

You will not have a problem the only other issue is why do you have an extension of stay and a multi entry if you are living in the UK . I have an extension of stay as I live in Thailand if I have to leave the kingdom which is very rare I would pay 1,000 baht and get a re-entry stamp before departing from the kingdom , multi entry is only required if you travel extensivly in and out and if this is the case why have an extension of stay seems to me your wasting money !
