My 90 day report was due on 4 th August at C.W. Mailed 14 days before due date using C.W. address as Ubonjoe suggested and received receipt on 24 th August. So nearly 3 weeks for mail in reply. I used EMS on both envelopes.  Fortunately in May when renewing my Retirement Extension I also did my 90 day report as sometimes they ask for a copy. Previous 90 day was mailed in before May but no reply for over 2 months...suspect due to Covid at its peak....In May the  I.O. told me they had posted it already but I say not get. And need one today for Retirement Extension. Printed one out after much discussion with 2 more Officers but lost a month. In June Old Receipt arrived in Post 2.5 months late and proved next date should have been September and not August.... unsure if it was Imm. or post that caused delays. Maybe both.

Was at C/W yday ....there is a sign up near ticket counter for lost TM 6 cards....You have to go to Muang Thong Thani at Nonthaburi Immigration office to sort out....best give C/W a call to confirm and save some travel time.

I sent 90 day report to Chaengwattana by post on 26th February, as my 90 day ended on 10 th March.

Officially on Immigration website Chaengwattana closed roughly on 13th January. I didnt find out till after posting.

I had no reply in post after one month eg 10th April. U have to wait at least one month before enquiring

I then rang helpline 1111 and got passed around, eventually told to report in person to Lad Phrao. So off I went.

Compared to Chaengwattana absolute mayhem.Staff are very overworked and trying to cope and doing their best. Not their fault.

All u need is.

Proof of posting eg EMS receipt

Copy of last 90 day Report ( Original was sent by post to Chaengwattana )

Filled in TM47 form and signed.

Brief explanation why u are there.

U will get a waiting ticket and seats available nearby and the lady trainee immigration officer will take paperwork inside to an Officer who issues new 90 day report. Sorted.

Unless Chaengwattana reopens soon, when using post send to Lad Phrao or nearest one to u, from Immigration website.

I rang Government helpline on 1111. They speak good English and are helpfull.

I explained i live in Sai Mai district near Bangkok and we have been under siege for 6-7 weeks and couldnt get out due to flood waters. My 90 day report was due on 7 th November

They told me to use Sun Plu in Bangkok up to 9 th December as Chaengwattana is closed to 13 th December. Even tho it meant more expense in getting there.

I went yesterday to Suan Plu and was sorted in 15 minutes. Still had to pay 2000 Baht fine. They couldnt help about the fine and said it was up to the Prime minister. Yeah right..

Lets send our complaints over being fined, thro no fault of ours to British Embassy for starters.

Hi. I m from UK and retired .I have been living here in Thailand a while and would like to take a course to learn more Thai. Mainly for conversation purposes. Also to get me out of the Home routine a bit.

Can anyone recommend a Language School,they have tried,that Teaches to a decent standard. What costs are incurred and how many hours you attended

I hope someone will clarify this. I do not bring money from my pension in each month, I bring it in a few times a year in $10000 lots. Gets expensive if I have to do it each month.

It doesn't matter how often you wire the money here, what matters is how much you earn each month on your pension.

Can this valid point be clarified for monthly Pension Income.eg.

Does this mean to supply Copies of Pension P60 s to Immigration. From own Country. ?

And if 2/3 months Bank Statements are required,Does this mean from own country Bank OR into a THAI Bank account.?

Application fee 1,900 Baht.

Multi Re Entry Permit 3,800 Baht.

(1) The alien has obtained a temporary visa (NON-IM);

(2) The applicant is 50 years of age or over;

(3) Proof of income of not less than Baht 65,000 per month; or

(4) Account deposit with a bank in Thailand of not less than

800,000 Baht as shown in the bank account for the past 3 months at the filing date of the application. For the first year, the applicant should have that amount in his bank account for not less than 60 days or

(5) Annual income plus bank account deposit totaling not less

than Baht 800,000 as of the filing date of application

Apply at Immigration within the final 30 days of your permission to stay.

Take passport. Letter from your bank if using the 800,000 method. Updated bank book showing the same balance.

Proof of address.

You visit an Immigration office during the last 30 days of any entry with proof of 800k in Thai bank account 2 months or 65k per month income or a combination to meet 800k and fill out a TM.7 form/attach 4x6cm photo and pay 1,900 baht. Normal photo copies of passport/arrival card and perhaps proof of abode. Very easy process.

Could I ask further questions here to clarify things for my first visit soon.Do you need a Medical Report and Police check also to take with you.( I m from UK on Non Imm 0 multi entry). Thanks Guys.
