Have asked her to look into the other option that your other post mentioned (Patarapak apartments), as well as the one I found online. I guess, we would find more options if we read Thai ourselves! :o

  2. It's my first session, too. Unfortunately, I'm in the same boat as you. Found the prices of Kantary House quite steel :o I wrote to Rumruadee already and am waiting for a reply. I used to live in Bangkok, but Minburi is way out there, and it's better to have something around the school. I'm trying to convince a friend of mine in Bangkok to call a Mansion I found online. Will keep you posted. If you hear something first, would you keep me posted, too?? :D Thanks

  3. And changing a cars color can impact its value.. The assumption of accident repair etc..

yes you are 100% correct on this issue as I did a total re-spray for 30k with new color on my Vitara and now I can't sell it, even though they did a good job. Only if I am willing to sell it for peanuts back to the original car yard. Stick to the original color if you really need a re-spray for sanity sake.

  4. Hi, anyone knows about Tropical Fish farm or shop in CM? Unlike in Bangkok, I found out in CM not so much of aquarium hobbyist here. Anybody knows or keeps Betta (Siamese Fighting Fish) or Dragon Fish, tropical aquarium tank? Thanks for any info provided.

  5. Hi Sir Burr,

just came across your post. Since you live in Chalong you don't need to go into town to have your roti. There's one fantastic roti place on Choafa Road. It's a few doors down from the Siam Commercial bank, on your way into town (before you turn right), opp some Mini-mart, Gold & curtain shops. It's open real early and closes around 10 am. best Geang Pet (mutton Curry) I've ever tasted this side of SEAsia including Singapore.

Of course there's the Roti lady (rarely smiles) that hangs out on Nai Harn in the afternoons (next to a coconut /sugarcane drink seller) and Rawai beach @ nights. She doesn't have curries but good sweet ones.

Have a good roti breakky mate!
