However, it says in the article that molesting kids under 15 gets the 12 years. I thought the legal age is 18 in Thailand and it a statutory rape to have sex with anyone under 18? Or do you get harsher sentence for molesting younger ones, that would make sense I think...

No chance at all. Not if you try and take the test on your present bike. It has been illegally converted. Believe it or not, a side-car is illegal in Thailand.

The Thais who drive a bike with side-car probably took the test and got the license on an ordinary bike.

Last time i defended myself from the attacker which put me 10 days in Hospital. When i defended myself the second time from the same person because i did not want to spend another 10 days in hospital i get prosicuted 1 year suspended setance and 500 Thb fine.

Are you using Hutch or CAT?

Because CAT will not yet work! They agreed to merge, but it's not done yet.

So for now you'll only get internet access in Bangkok when you are actually on a Hutch contract, and only at cdma 1X speeds.

Using CAT! i know Hutch is slower..but faster than EDGE ....

.ever open up your CDMA program files and take a look at settings...

if you go to Cmotch.com and look at CDMA 680 the product is sold with GPS ( have seen thai's use it on notebook)

and i think 800mhz and 1800 mhz..also 1475mhz L band i think ...

Bu the way the URL link in the Cat CDMA program for software update does not work!

I can send SMS (free) from unit but telecomunications does not work but my friend has older model and he told me that he can make calls from his but i have not seen it do it!

I did see some postings in Phuket about it a year ago! but forgot to copy! silly me!

Caution if you open program file highlite copy and paste ( so you know what original settings before you think of altering anything )

I made that mistake on a EDGE sim and wiped it clean 99%

Wow I live on Lat Phrao 101 and have been for over 2 years....I have never had anything stolen or ran into any trouble there....Maybe because I'm old and sleep early..
