Quick question, do Thai people need to pay for quarantine if coming to Thailand for a holiday?

My gf's aunt lives permanently in Germany. 

She believes that she will get free quarantine, I thought that was only if they were being repatriated.

I live & work in Thailand ( with work permit ) and would like to go for a holiday for a few weeks to the UK so my father can see my 1 year old daughter i have a Thai girlfriend and have a daughter with her but we are not married, although i am still married to my ex who is Thai and currently lives in England and we broke up about 7 years ago. My question is will me still being married and not married to my current partner be a problem getting my girlfriend a tourist visa and how hard is it if possible to get a tourist visa for my girlfriend......also does having a job in Thailand & a baby with my girlfriend a plus in obtaining a UK visa?

Hi Guy's, does anyone know if it is possible to get a mobile phone on a 1 year contract and get the mobile for free? In the UK for example if you opt for a year contract most mobiles will be given for free, i'm not talking about a sim card only but the full package with phone included.

The reason being is i would like to buy a Sony Ericsson Satio but they are 22k-25k and i don't really want to pay that kind of cash up front unless i really have to.
