I just moved in the Sukhumvit area and been having this problem with my neighbor who gets drunk with his friends almost every night. Their loud late night parties is driving me nuts. I went over to them and politely requested them to tone it down several times. Last night this young punk said that Thai law states that they can do whatever they want until 12 am.

Not a Thai and don't understand their laws, but is there anything I can do legally to get these guys to shut up so my family and I can finally get a good night's sleep???

Appreciate some legal advice and some help here.

Problem with their chart is that they are comparing their new phone with the OLD iPhone 3G. Interesting question is - Why CrapBerry won't compare their new phone with the iPhone 3GS? Has anyone here in Thailand been able to access the CrapBerry App Store?

If you have a factory unlocked phone maybe you should upgrade your firmware to 3.1 and see if that would help solve your problem. Either that or make sure you connect to iTunes and back up your phone's data and do a restore

So, instead of paying Marriott 642 baht for 24 hours of internet access (which you can't log off) - I turned on my iPhone 3GS' 3G and tethering feature - hooked it up on my MacBook Pro and boom! instant unlimited access! The speed is good enough for email correspondence and blog updates, but it does take Youtube and Flash videos a while to load.

I've done this so it works. iPhone 3G and iPod Touch owners can use the iPhone OS 3.1 video trimming feature. Obviously, you have to update to 3.1 - Send attachment of video format either through MMS or email to your 3G or iPod Touch device, save the attachment. View the attachment and trim away..
