Yes been checking all folder and nothing, I was also expecting it in a few minutes. I even tried the registration process again and it said that this email was already registered but still needs to be verifyed. So I am stuck until it arrives. Any thoughts of me trying again with an alternative email address but it will be the same name and passport details? I dont want to create a red flag on my details.

Hi I have just tried to register on the Online TM30 website. I completed the initial details and submitted so that I could receive an email which would verify my email address. I was expecting the email from <removed>to arrive within a few minutes but still nothing in my inbox or spam folder after an hour. So I cant move forward on the TM30 unless I verify my email. So just wondering how long it should take before I receive the email to verify my email? Thanks very much for your help.

Im still overseas and leaving in the next month or so. But just wanted to be prepared for everything so I can submit the application as soon as I arrive. If TM 30 is fine then it shouldnt be a problem. Thanks very much

sorry we overlapped. Phang Nga Immigration and Non O based on retirement. I think I understand the Non O process and I have the bank account ready. It was just the proof of address that I wasnt clear one. Thanks

Apologies if this is covered in another topic but I couldn't find a specific answer to my question. Regards the process to convert from Visa exempt to Non O, I understand that normally I need a TM-30 form and/or Rental Agreement between the Applicant and the Landlord; A copy of house registration. Location map of the house and a rental receipt Past three months. But I plan to stay long term with my friend who has his own rental agreement. So how do I provide proof of my address under these circumstances? Can my friend's Landlord still sign the TM-30 even though it's my friend that has the rental agreement? This seems the easiest way but just want to be sure that there are no issues with this? Or can my friend give me a letter to confirm I am living there and provide the rental agreement as proof? I just want to be fully clear on how to show my address when converting to the Non O even though I don't have any formal rental agreement with anyone. Thanks very much
