Crime Foreigner Buries Dog Alive in Shocking Phuket Incident
robertyongym replied to webfact's topic in Phuket News
Compounding the drama, foreign men allegedly trespassed on Bayard’s property and assaulted him before he could explain. Some are taking the vigilante in response to this unfortunate incident. They should face legal consequences. -
"...........The police are treating the case seriously and are awaiting full medical documentation before proceeding with charges. " (1) Treating the case seriously? That's good to know. ......... (2) ......awaiting full medical documentation...... I'm afraid it might take a very long time. RTP should immediately detain the suspect, allow him no bail and expedite all court proceedings. Alas! T.I.T.

I have asked and tried but they insist that a Thai ID number must be installed. Since we as foreigners do not possess a Thai ID, this is not possible.

Give her a million baht and she will keep many other young lovers by the side. Why should anyone be foolish enough to give her what she wants? Who is she, by the way? Is she from a local college? The admin of that college ought to know about her. -
Accident Bangkok Expressway Horror: Biker Appears Asleep Before Crash
robertyongym replied to Georgealbert's topic in Bangkok News
Not a scratch, I guess. But I was not there to witness the accident. -
He claimed he had not seen the mother and child crossing the road. Were you driving with your eyes shut tight? What an excuse? All road crossings in this country are death traps. The driver was obviously trying to offer a silly and ridiculous excuse, hoping to get away from blame and compensation. It is the poor lady from Laos who got killed by this species. I hope the driver gets a lengthy incarceration.

School Meal Scandal: Director Removed Over Shoddy Food
robertyongym replied to webfact's topic in Chiang Mai News
Don't forget - This Is Thailand. They will not adopt this step until all avenues to "justice" have been exhausted. Still, I think this School Director would eventually face a light punishment, like a transfer to another district and the case would be closed. -
Hospital Assault Horror: Nurse Attacked, Raises Safety Concerns
robertyongym replied to webfact's topic in Bangkok News
He should never have attacked the nurse. That is a public hospital and they are always overwhelmed. Now, even as the patient lies in the ward, he won't get away with the assault. He ought to be incarcerated. But knowing them, he will "wai" and "offer his apologies" and will expect to be forgiven. Make this case a real example of really protecting nurses in critical situations. Otherwise, there eill not be any nurses at the hospitals; they will all become patients themselves.
