I wish to obtain a Thai driving licence. Does anyone know of an agency which can facilitate this?
My British driving licence has expired and to renew it means delivery to a British address which is no longer an option.

I have noticed that in certain schools, the Asian population is being vaccinated against COVID; whereas the Caucasian staff members are not.
One school I have heard about created a registry for the government scheme, and ALL teachers were on that list, irrespective of their race.
That same school created anther registry for submission - and no Caucasians were included. The Asian staff have just had their first vaccination, with no news at all for the Caucasian staff.
Is this racism? What about schools you know or work at? -
Does anyone know if there is a law (such as in the UK) guarding against an employer creating conditions of contract or physical conditions whereupon the employee feels that they are being 'forced', 'coerced' or in some way encouraged to resign rather than being dismissed (which would be the aim of the employer); thereby removing the requirement of the employer to follow normal termination procedure and compensating the employee for unfair or unusual or inappropriate termination?
Even though most foreigner contracts are for one year only, as we know, the school cannot simply 'finish' an employee without good reason. This information appears somewhere on the internet.
So, again a basic question: are there laws in Thailand applicable to foreign workers preventing constructive dismissal?
Thank you.- 1

Can anyone please clearly and concisely please tell me (and others) who should have physical possession of their own work permit and their own teaching licence?

Thank you too. I am trying that as well ????

Thank you. It will be at Chang Wattana. I shall cross my fingers.

Can anyone give a very simple, clear explanation of the effect of a landlord refusing to register a tenant, and the effect which that refusal (hence no TM30 to show) has on the renewal of a yearly Non-B visa?

If you supply them with the required documents on the list they supply you will get your extension of stay.
From experience you need to be submitting your documents no later than 1 month before your current permission to stay expires.
This is because there will often be minor corrections needed, and you do not want to put yourself under time pressure.
Thank you!

No changes that I am aware of.
Thank you!

Has anyone encountered any problems with extending a non-B (working) visa at Chaeng Wattana? Is it still simply a matter of using the TM7 form plus required employment details?

Poorly conceived poll. There should have been a choice...
Businesses can charge whatever they want as long as it is clearly posted and fair warning is given when the charges are very large.
Redo the poll.
A choice?
Did you miss it?
Yes or No.
Seems clear enough to me.

It's like walking into a classroom in some places.
So yes. Certainly. Or install blackboards and do the thing properly.

You who does not appreciate, look at it this way, you had to pay a fine, you made someones day, nothing is recorded against your name, and a lesson was learnt.
Buy yourself an iPhone and set the calendar alert.
Go home and give the wife a big kiss and if the 2000 B really hurt look at it this way, its only dinner for 2 at MK twice....she will understand.
Do you always condone corruption?
Shame on you.

Just as, I suspect, the slave trade collapsed.

What's this?
They need to carry bags, more passengers, fill their taxis and know where they are going?
What is the world coming to!
Disgraceful. How dare the actual consumer try to demand that they do their jobs. Shame on us.

An advice to the Thais commenting on Facebook.
You should be more concerned and examine your culture and habits before being so upset about 2 naked people.
Look into the domestic violence, rape of minors, abandonment of children and families and other wrongdoings, happening daily in your country and then start worrying about this.
Hypocrisy, comes to my mind.
Do you think just because they comment on the wrong of this that they don't care about the things you mentioned?
Rather hypocritical a foreigner coming to live in Thailand, probably with no aspiration to get citizenship or even permanent residency, and tell the Thais what and what not to do.
If they cared, they would not do these very things themselves.
You have not seen any naked Thais this Songkran? I have.
The hypocritical thing is exactly as Costas says.

'Might', but won't.

I am sure it was all publicity stunt to encourage more 'quality' Chinese tourists.
'Massages' indeed. A happy ending for all.

I'm really interested to know, what safety measures the Thai planes do not implement.
There must be something really wrong that the Japanese and now the Koreans don't like.
I started thinking if I should ever fly again on Thai planes.
Anybody can help here?
Not so much point taking the piss out of the Thais but more important to concentrate on the real cause of the problem.
It's not so much what they do not do but what they do do and how they do it.
Skimping and saving on quality is essential, of course.
However when it comes to international acceptance of slack regimes and poor practice, fake parts etc, it's just not on.
A fake part or slack maintenance, for example, for a car, might kill a few people but a fake part or poor maintenance on antiaircraft has the potential to kills hundreds.

Shouldn't it be through a hole?
Given the state of THAI aircraft ...

Overflowing with them at Tesco Lotus.
There's an infinitesimally small possibility that the logistics system in Pattaya has failed.
