So, the dance finally begins!

Yap, i thought the dance would never get started but end. What a stressful and confusing state. The credit goes to Sudarat Sereewat who recify the progress. Hope more good news in time to come. Peronally went thru the crime scene to have picture taken. 100% committed to nail this scumbag. Finger crossed.

Here, i would like to express my gratefulness and many thanks to Andrew Drummond & Sudarat Sereewat for their kindest assistance. They had help in investigating our case and overcome the critical situation we are in. Truely efficient i would say. Thanks

Was informed via mail on 24/01 by Sudarat Sereewat that my case had at last been submitted to the court. Personally i visited the court to seek conifrmation and was delighted .Thanks to forumer Nawtier whom directed me to Andrew Drummond and refer me to Sudarat Sereewat. Most grateful for accommodate ur time to my case and quick respond. 20 days of uncertainty ended. Had spoken to the Judge and lawyer for the court proceeding. Hopefully everything goes smoothly from now. Many more things to be done, i must be well prepare to nail this pervert down. Thanks to all who supported me and my family.

Certainly inefficient. All departments are so helpful except this. Even if there are many chicken case around, they should at least know which are more serious crime. Anybody know is there a time frame for their investigation. They can drag the case but cannot eliminate it. What happened so far , we had communicate with Ministry of Social Development and Human Security . I consulted the lawyer, a police officer in bangkok, informed the MSDH department and emailed the Mayor for help. Next time i visit the police post ,best i bring along a spy cam to film down what they had to say and their attitude.But Camerata u definitely had a calm mind. I console my wife that if corruption really going on, let the perpetrator pay until he broke. I will alway be waiting for him. We had already took the wrong path, now we must cope and plan ahead.

Thanks for the explaination camerata. No wonder so many willing to resolve the matter thru violence then in a lawful way. The perpetrator might not get his punishment by the law before the victim

got jailed for nothing. The perpetrator is free protected by the law for a long time and the victim family have to suffer else jailed for libel. Learn something valuable here.

Be VERY careful you don't libel this guy. Libel is a criminal offence in Thailand, difficult to defend yourself against, and often used to harass plaintiffs and shut them up. Simply stating what you consider the "facts" of the case and identifying the guy could get you in a lot of trouble. It happened to a friend of mine.

Such a small town, and things aren't moving. Nawiter will contact who u mention. Personally will talk to the local blog group or even media. My main objective will be the perpetrator. I belief people as such aren't fit for freedom but will only endanger the society.

You already have a lawyer, correct?

Yes a lawyer waiting for the court summon is useless if the document not submitted to the court,.

The officer aren't collecting the required document. Even they did , will they not find other excuses?

Why can't we just directly sue the perpetrator, with what i got as evidence and later request the Judge to

handover what the officer had as further supporting document..?

As the officer quoted that the medical was missing, today afternoon again we went to check with the hospital regarding the document. The nurse lead us to locate the file and confirmed nobody had came for collection.

He still walking about freely. That doesn't surprise me somehow. Just ensure that you and your family remain safe. I hope that you will get the required results soon.

Hope so aridion, so far we got stuck somewhere. Many local are also awaiting for his arrest but yet he still around. Many are confused by the way things work out and so am i.

Update.

Yesterday we went to the high court hoping would met up with the judge and learn the progress of our case. The helpful clerk there explained to us that they had yet received the compiled file to be complete by the police. Therefore no judge had been allocated for the case. He explained to us the whole process and what we could do. Next we went knocking on the police station. We enquire the officer in charge who claimed that he had already completed his investigation and was waiting for the doctor's report. He instead,insisted us to make enquiry to the doctor,what are holding them back? End up we visited the hospital. My wife relayed what happened to the doctor who told us that her report was all along ready for collection but no policemen show up. Again my wife call up the officer who claimed that he had sent his subordinate to collect the documents. The nurse check with all receiption department and confirmed nobody came. The doc got irritated and call up the officer asking when will he be coming over to settle the document....? The doctor again comforted my wife. She claimed is her "Na Ti" to help us and we sure are grateful to her. Leaving the hospital, we met up with a lawyer who mocked at what happened. He classified our case as "rape".1) child under 13 of ages. 2) Anything that penetrate the vagina.The max sentence will be 23 years imprisonment. If we were to claim finanical compensation, he would had a lighter sentences. He advised us not to hire any lawyer until the court had prosecuted the perpetrator. The whole process need time and no lawyer could accelerate it. Immdiately he call up the officer to point out the seriousness of the crime and check on what had happened that afternoon. He mentioned that our case can never be cover up but time is what it takes....dam_n! Back in my country, the perpetrator will have to be imprisonment waiting for trial. Not roaming freely waiting for trial.

in my own villiage in isaan last year my wife was taking a shower , i looked out the window and seen a drunken thai man with my baby in his arms, i ran out and snatched her back, then told my wife never ever to leave my baby with any man ever again. " oh he ok , he know my family " gggrrrrrrr

Pls highlight my story to ur wife. Crime happen anywhere ,anytime ."Prevention" is more important then later regret for life.

We don't know why isn't he arested yet. The report had to be complete by the police then handle over to Judge, Don't know whats taking it so long?

However it is doen Donut, hope it is done properly.

I would worry about walking into a police station alone and then nothing much happening for some time, or she given the wrong information and by the time it is all done, maybe to late to have checkup and then evidence gone.

Not an easy country to do anything in.

Nawtier certainly not an easy country. Beside what u mention above, there are more ways thing could be covered up.

1) The police advise the case to settle among the local. Leading to violence?

2) Even my wife's friend advised to let the matter rest. But when prompt if they were in her shoes, they urge for justice or even the offender's life.

3) The clinic or doctor frantically avoid involving in such case. They fear of being a witness will jeopardize their income.

This is the 6th day, the pervert is roaming around freely while waiting for court summon.

Anyway, best of luck with it all and good to hear she is ok and dealing with it.

One thing.....dont let the cops talk you into a photo being taken when they arrest him, if they do, with your daughter in the photo pointing at him.

My wife got so freak out and pleaded the nurse to give exception for her case. Unable to handle the commotion , the nurse directed my wife to the doctor. In tears my wife relayed the incident to the doctor who sympathy her. Convinced by the result, the doctor make several calls to the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security. 3 department from the MSDHS studied the case and directly they launch it to the senior police.

1) In cases as such, i urged the hospital to abolish former practices and adopt a more flexible way of handling abuse cases. The victim could seek medical aid then diverted to MSDHS and last the police. This will prevent abuse cases from being manipulated.

2) Many here are well educated or even higher. But for those e.g my wife who are merely primary state educated may not know how to fight for their right.They simply don't know who to look for and helplessly kept in silence. Let the duty of reporting abuse case be shared among clinic and hospital so that even minor case wouldn't be kept in dark resulting in a more serious offence day after.

Anyway, best of luck with it all and good to hear she is ok and dealing with it.

Anyway here the update. Beside statement, personally my wife had gather quite some evidences including witness herself. Pervert had been summon but yet to be arrested. Waiting for court verdict need quite sometime. My child still remember the incident but it was fortunate that she don't understand. Hope that years after she would totally forget it. Planning to take her for outing. When will the court start reviewing the case? I am counting down...

Thanks for those supporting me and my family. Extremely comforted by Badbanker Post. Currently the case are handle by an senior police officer and the bureau. They do provide advised and protection. My focus was on better, efficient solution and yet many are only interested in where am i...? Pls refer to --->Internet is a "moblie" resource. i was only able to reach back on the 3 day without flight yet on the coach. And i spent my sleepless night on the coach 13hrs log into the web. I never stop my resource search all along. Can u do that? or u just wait for next day flight and go to bed..?

And still the OP languishes in location unknown, diligently surfing the web and keeping us all in the picture while his family and flesh and blood stumble on with the real problem at hand.

No harm in asking the OP (again) where are you and why don't you go to Thailand and do what's needed right there?

For example: my wife calls me and says she fell off the bike, I ask if the bike is OK. If she calls and says the boy has been done by a kiddie fiddler, I would be on the next plane home... and I work offshore! Sure as heck would NOT be logging on to TV and asking for guidance.

But still i will search the whole website looking for contacts and authority who are able to direct my case if no justice had been done. Internet is a "moblie" resource not an entertaining channel. Even if u bought the next flight ticket, u will still have to wait for the plane schedule. Don't waste time. Pointless debating my case whether true or freak. It doesn't help
