Used Air Asia earlier this year to use up credit from ConVid that they refused to refund me......5 out of the 6 flights we either cancelled or changed....stuffing up our plans......they used to be an ok airline pre 2020 but now they are rubbish with zero customer service.....🤬

If they paid....the security should show some professionalism and refrain from letting things get out of hand as the Poms were probably drunk anyway.

Don't we spend enough while we're there.....spent a month there recently with my wife eating out renting a scooter hotel accommodation and shopping.....what else do you want 😳
