  1. Why do we have to make this 90days report!!!. They not even make money on that, just rest of time for everyone!!!. I guess about 300 pepople go to Bangkok imigration every day to make this report, making more trafic jam etc.

Why cant we not just send a email to confirm we have the same address as we have the last 5,10, 20, 30 years?. If we do not report we move give us a fine, OK.

Dear Imigration officer, please work on this issue and move they staff there work for 90days report to help in other department.

Give anyone a break and save the money.

  2. How can they make Asean drug free when they not even are able to keep a limmit space like a prisson free!! That just show how stupid the pepople saying those kind of tings is!!! They do not have any sense of what going on arround them and the public pay tax to this kind of pepople!!!!!

  4. I believe the OP is talking about a bar that brews its own beer, such pubs can be found in Pattaya and Bangkok.

Nothing illegal about whats being discussed.

So do you know where they have draft beeer like Erdinger or Paulaner, NOT bottles!.

  5. I believe the brewing of beer without a license is illegal in Thailand.

It's probably even against the rules to discuss illegal activities..............?

    Be careful & Good Luck.

Yes. But I talking about comming to Phuket and drinking beer from a License beer house.

  6. Hey

I going to Phuket on the 7th Sep with my little family, we will stay in area Kata,Karon.

My question to you guys is where do they have home brew beer/beer house in Phuket? Similar to

    Londoner or Tawangdaeng in Bangkok.

We will be mobile so if that is in Patong or anywhere not to fare that will be ok.

Just love good beer, everyday.com :partytime2:

    CHEERS…..

  7. Suspect a load is still switched on when the engine is off. It might be a fault in the security system. You could check if this has a separate fuse and remove it for a period.

Agree, looks like a drain somewhere or still not enough charging. Your second battery could be fitted in tandem and be switchable ( a cut out switch on + & - side of second battery ) so one battery is always connected for security etc. I put a V8 Chevy in an old VW camper once, same problem, the two batteries solved the prob for starting, though must admit it didn't have fancy TV's and stuff, but it did have electric toilet :D.

And a great piece of kit is a trickle charger, connected 24/7 when the motor is not used, always a full battery on start up.

Thanks guys, I will print all this out and show to the dealer, hope we will find the solution. I will let you know later on.

    Thanks again

  8. I just bought a year 2002 Volkswagen Caravelle V6; with full option TV DVD, etc.

Very nice car, use a-lot of gasoline but I consider install LPG, I check the price 38000Baht for injection system sound fair enough to me.

But my problem with this car is battery run flat after not use 4 to 5 days. I did know this car type have problem with the battery so I had the guy I bought it from to install a extra battery before we bought it, so I thought that will a least give me some more days before the battery run flat!! But no is still run flat even with 2 battery. So I call a Volkswagen dealer, they confirm that is a common problem with this car! So I ask the guy I bought from if he could have someone to install a main breaker so I could swift the battery of when I not use the car? He calls me back and say if we install that, all TV, DVD, CD etc, will have to be re program every time!

Hope there is someone out there with a solution to this problem.

    Thanks in advance

  9. Only BTS to blame,if we all treat our costumer like that we will not have any!!. It seems like BTS only are in for the money :D not service, they should have one more car on for long time ago... :)

    Hello there, larsjensen.

Where are you a native from? Been here long?

I am guessing 'Scandinavia', where safety and consumers rights are, on the whole, a high priority for the service operators.

    Welcome back :D Brewsta
