  1. I have been flying in and out of Thailand since 2009 like this without any problems. I have been questioned twice in immigration about all my arrivals, and my answer was simple, "Because I like it here" The passport got stamped without any further questions both times.
  2. No, Instead of staying 36 days every time, I will only stay 30 days. Theres no way I would waste a day at immigration just for a week extension, so I will limit myself to 30 days then. So, Instead of staying in Thailand for 180 days a year, I end up at 150 maximum. That accumulates to 30 days lost revenue over the year for the hotels I stay in, and the businesses I frequent.
  3. Me the problem, that's Irony, I hope. I never stay past 180 days during a calendar year, nor have I overstayed my entry stamps. I exclusively stay in boutique hotels or serviced apartments, I have zero business nor income from Thailand. I'm strictly in Thailand as a tourist, and all I am guilty of, is to spend my hard-earned money here.
  4. Flip flop as always. Instead of doing this reversal for all nationalities, why doesn't they just weed out the Nations that are causing the problems? I stay for around 34-36 days, five times a year. That will be maximum 30 days again from now on then, and a maximum of 150 days in Thailand compared to 180. For the small boutique hotel I always stay in, they will notice the 30 days they loose a year for sure. The same goes for all the bars, restaurants and other businesses I use daily and weekly when in Bangkok.
  5. To sachets of electrolytes and a bottle of water to start with.
  6. In the areas I frequent, Flower café in Sukhumvit soi 22 is a favourite of mine.
  7. Home detention is the next step then. Maybe he will be required to wear an electronic ankle monitor, but that one they will just strap onto the gardener.
  8. The likelihood of him doing 8 years in jail is exactly the same as the Red Bull heir showing up at the F1 races in an old Lada with Boss1 as the licence plate on it.
