I will never understand why anyone would buy a Tuk tuk for personal use.
But thanks for spreading the information. I am certain some redneck will want one.
Always when i run into a post of yours, its an proof of what kind of xxxxxxxxx you are!
A tuktuk, can be useful for many things.its much cheaper than a car if you have to transport your groceries or maybe you have a few dogs that you would like to take for a walk etc etc
Not everybody comes to thailand with pockets full of money just to spend 600000 baht up for a car only to ride to tesco or take his dogs for a walk!
And that you will never understand this just shows how smart you are!!
And now go to the city and take some pictures of people that work illegal in this country so you can report them to the authorities!(we know you!)

You should always remember a dog is not just for Christmas!
Who are you talking to????
For sure not to me or you didnt read a single word i wrote!!
I'm pulling your leg!
And I apologise for being a shit!
I forgive you! ;-)

I cant recommend an airline that brings your dog to spain, but i know the most that carry them as cargo are very expensive, but air berlin has a dog flatrate for just 120 euro from bangkok to germany no matter how big the dog is!
Take a look at the air berlin website, maybe they offer flights to spain and you can book the dog direct on the flight with you,so you ll see how much it is goin to cost.

I thought I'd update you guys on my friend's situation. He left Thailand last week after a 60-day overstay. As his flight was at 1 AM, he was told to come back the next day as the immigration office at the Bangkok airport was closed - not too clear about this as his English is not very good. The airline allowed him to change his flight. Anyway, he came back the next day, was slapped with the 20k Bt fine and stamped out of the country with no hassle. Was told he could come back to Thailand anytime. I'm happy that everything worked out for him as he had had a rough time in Thailand but I wouldn't advocate anyone overstaying. It IS against the law and not worth wasting 20k Bt and risking jail time for. By the way, he had overstayed on a 60-day tourist visa which he was too lazy to extend (don't ask!).
Good to know that the Immigration OFFICE, not the in and out stampers, sometimes closes. Seems logical but would be good to have the times and days for this.
Mac
I actually cannot believe that a immigration office at an international airport ever closes.
Not even in Thailand,i would love to have that confirmed.
I am pretty sure there was some kind of misunderstanding, but i really would like to know as i have a friend in the same situation that is going to leave thailand back to his homecountry in few weeks!

I got one last week where all the dog shops are close to walai rd. 500b.
I very much doubt that its possible to get a airline approved XL!!! kennel for 500 baht!
Maybe the door for the kennel?? ;-)
There is a topic about a poster arriving with two large dogs by air to cm. It may be worth contacting him and seing if he wants to sell his box.
I was thinking the same, but as read from the topic, they work in different countries,so i am pretty sure they will keep their boxes.
But i will send them a mail.

oops, missed the XL bit.
555 nevermind!
Would be very very nice if it would be that cheap!

But....nobody came back!

Tell your girlfriend to report and get it on air on the local village radio station, we have one here in the village, maybe you have too. Thats how we got back one of our dogs when it ran astray.
I will send her on her way when she wakes up.thx
Its such a cool dog....if i would stay here i would just keep her.;-)

A visa run is only a few hours, it is no big deal to leave a wife and child alone for a few hours,
and am sure that a few thousand baht will not break the bank.
To which country is he going to, as it seems the details that he submitted prior to getting a visa for
his wife and child have now changed, on the Visa application forms it states that you must inform the
Embassy of any changes in circumstances.
A visa run is only a few hours, but it was too much money for only 2 weeks of stay and the chance that he wouldnt get another touristvisa in laos was very big.
but this absolutly not imoportant at this point...it is what it is.
The second part of what you write i cant understand,my english aint that good.
He is going to germany and the details regarding the visa for his wife and daughter havent chnaged, why would they change?Or do i understand this wrong?
The question that really is important is if he can walk into the immigration office in chiang mai 7 days before he leaves thailand with a planeticket to germany in hand, pay his 20000 baht fine and get a 7 day "visa" or stamp so he can go to bangkok without problems?
thank you

I thought you already found a new home for your dog.
So what went wrong?
one dog stays in thailand the other goes back with me to germany.

Ran Rak Sath sells them. Possibly not vari-kennels, but Clippers. Same thing but different brand. Best is to check if they have such large size in store, though. You may have to order.
You can find this shop along the Super-highway, in between the Carrefour and the Makro.
Tel: 053 304 569 Owners can speak English.
Thanks alot,will check them out!

Hello everyone.
A friend of mine has an 3 month overstay.
He ran out of money before his homecountry gave a visa for his wife and daughter(thai) and he couldnt afford another visa run but didnt want to leave his wife and daughter behind,so he overstayed. Please no comments about stupid or not or wright or wrong, thank you!It took 8 month till his homecountry finally gave the visa to his wife,he hadnt expect that and was surprised finding him self in a situation to stay 6 month more than planed!
He stayed in Thailand for around 4 years with back to back tourist visas and at last he stayed on a 2 month tourist visa extension based on marriage.
He wants to move back to his homecountry now with his family and wants to clear his overstay (pay the 20000 fine)at the chiang mai immigration office and get a "emergency" 7 day visa so he can transport his dog to bangkok and clear all the custom stuff for his dog without being afraid to be catched by immigration while driving to bangkok.
Is this possible??
Help is much appriciated!
Thank you.
