I renewed my passport  by mail 06/07/2021  with CM and recieved it all finnished 15/07/2021 and quite happy with the service recieved , just need to do some paper work w/ the bank and  immigration now to renew my "O" visa 90 day, and get new "O" visa long stay This is an accomplishment  I am feeling much better with now .

So it was said  "oops my bad" after all what else could be said though he did get the bullet back and will match it up with the officers involved weapons' to just check to who will pay for it all,  IMHO.

IMHO this really sounds like a test run of a new type of Visa application for a Visa upon arrival with everything paid for upfront and meeting all standards in $$$$$$$$$.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and you must also remember this is Thailand and not someplace out side it .

They mostly all stated or wondered why in the he** do you want to go there, you have your new Thai wife with you here in the US why go there? and all i said was it's my Karma..My second chance in life as it were, anyway it was my choice to retire early and get back to living away from all the problems of the US and live and let live with someone who really loves me for myself. well it wasn't me, i just left the bank and didn't get any where near that amount

This is getting ridiculous. I welcome someone with actual KNOWLEDGE about what this news specifically means to post here. Not interested in theories and speculation.

It means that any and all foreign banks based on any American soil when they send monies in the amount

in excess of $10,000US they are to withhold 30% and report said amount to the US gov. and the IRS for

tax accountability as well as the legitimacy of the monies. If by law thay do not or can not do this thay are

to close the account....and the US gov. will an has done so in the past and now it is the Law and has been written so.
