PhilHarries
Transient – noun. a person or thing that is transient, esp. a temporary guest, boarder, laborer, or the like. So it would appear that they have judged him to be a drifter. Or is it Transient–adjective. not lasting, enduring, or permanent; transitory. So is this term used by Pattaya One News to describe a pre op katoey?
Briggsy
The legal system here is harsh and unforgiving for the poor. The non-violent theft of a bottle of Johnnie Walker Soda Mix leads to a custodial sentence. Tread carefully, my friends, when the alcohol addiction bites, very tough times are upon you.
