wehugheog
I was very happy with my premier internet from TT&T from the centre of the city, but lately (about a week now) it's been cr*p. Extremely slow. I did a little tracert (trace route) to www.thaivisa.com and see the report below. Yes, initially to my wifi, then the modem. orang37
Sawasdee Khrup, Khun Wehugheog, We're in the area of Nong Hoi, Gymkhana Club, and BBB (formerly MaxNet) service has been good the last three months with the exception of a five day "rough spot" in May. We had the phone line disconnected from TOT, and connected only for internet service : whether this is a co-incidence or not, we're not sure; but, we've had a sudden improvement in download speed and general net responsiveness after doing that. In any case that saves 100 baht per month for the phone bill. Now we are getting downloads at an average above 530kps which is much better than before. best, ~o:37;
augustas
I am having troubles with TTT adsl as well. They started a few days ago. I am experiencing more than 30% packet loss and big latencies even in their own network. I guess this might be problems caused by heavy rains a few days ago. techno
I live in San Sai and at the beginning of June lost the use of the internet for 1 week despite phone calls twice a day everyday to 3B's. The said it was the problem of TT@T. It was okay for a while and then went missing for a day again. When l said that l would deduct 1 weeks subscription for the loss of service to my premier internet account l was told it was not possible and thet if the bill was not paid in full l would be disconnected. Its working now but still slow.
