tardelli
i am in Thailand right now and i am intent to buy a condo here. but i did not have open any bank account in any thai bank i have only cash money as euro in my handbag now .. can i buy a condo with this cash money ?? or what i have to do all about ? go to exchange office which is with high rates and change the money and after open an bank account as thai baht ! and after buy the condo or how it is ? i brought the cash money from abroad with me, because if the foreign bank sent the money from abroad by bank account tha bank change the euro or dolar from very low course as thai baht, that why i brought the money myself.. i can get higher exchanges.. stgrhe
The only ways you can buy a condo with cash money are: 1) Have acquired a PR status and have earned the money in Thailand and have been paying taxes here; or 2) The condo is registered in a company name and hence you would buy the company.
