Everyone should stop having a go at Yingluck. She's new but clever even though she does talk like bar girl.

I don't care what she does or says. She's the most beautiful Prime Minister on the planet and that's what counts.

You don't care what a Prime Minister of a country with more than 60 million population does or says?

What medication are you on?

Maybe you should ask her to have a legal marriage with you and move to Siberia!bah.gif

if he's not on the list he's not on the list - we will have to wait and see

Well said. We know that the powers that be follow TV closely and diligently and act upon our every whim, or not. The rage and reactions here amuses me, nobody here care the :bah: about what we think, as should be and as you say: TIT: time, and only time will show

This present government 's proposal on amnesty for a defined group which specifies age and length of sentence is neither subtle nor politic considering much of the country is preoccupied with more fundamental issues. A quick elbow dip in the political bathwater had them beat a temporary retreat. As one poster commented, they will be back; still, it is impressive that our Thai democracy has progressed to the point where they know when "to hold 'em, if not fold 'em"...

it is a prerequisite for membership that you are a sycophant for everything anti-thalksin and believe that anyone who criticises the members is an undercover Thaksin-o-phile.

i notice that the only politician you can use satire on is Thaksin; another person - especially democrats - who are satirised wil have their post deleted.

So, you, being a member, must be a sycophant for everything anti-thaksin ...

you too?

He insisted that the royal pardon decree will not benefit any particular individuals and he is confident it will not meet with strong opposition from the public.

:whistling: ....He wouldnt like to take a bet on this, would he ?...

they r playing mind games, silly little boys stuff,,,lol

I must confess, skeptical old me, that all the flannel-like statements coming from the PTP inlcuding the horse's mouth - "I can confirm that the amnesty has been done within the law" leads me to fear the worst.

Most of the statements have been "It's all done within the law" or "It hasn't been done to benefit one person", which doesn't actually say that Thaksin won't be on the list.

But, one of the ministers has said that Thaksin won't be getting a pardon.

That could have been said to keep the wolves from the door until it's actually too late to do anything about it.

If he does get onto the list and it is signed before anyone can do anything about it, then all hell will break loose.
