Borrow Dvd'S Instead Of Rent

You need a membership card (B400 per year) then you can borrow 4 DVD's per week from 250 different ones displayed out of 1000 each week at their Sunday Morning PCEC (Pattaya City Expat Club) 9am at Tavern By the Sea. Hawaii Bob has another 2500 movies in his collection available on advance order also N/C.

Probably not legal what the club is doing as the DVDs were most likely purchased by an individual under a "personal use" license (and later donated to the club to setup a lending library). (I assume the DVDs were not originally purchased by the club, under a use/hire license). What Bob is doing is most likely legal, however, as lending to others for personal use, without charge, is permissible under standard personal use licenses for CDs, DVDs, etc.

Wonder if there's an online index of what DVDs are available for borrowing, by both the club and Hawaii Bob.
