Sneakers / Sport Shoes On Phangan

Hey,

I´m looking for sneakers or sport shoes for men.

Can anyone give me an advice where on Phangan they sell such shoes?

Get a boat to Samui and do a shopping run for a day... ....

I seriously doubt you could find sneakers here in KPG. Good suggestion from Samuijimmy to get a boat and go to Samui

Last year I searched around Thong Sala for footwear last year. There some places, but as the other posters say, Samui has more choice.

There is a shop on the road that turns into 'Walking Street' on Sundays - its opposite the 'Kodak' shop - that sells baseball style shoes. I bought a pair and they lasted 6 months. Also found some other places with the same kind of thing on the main Road in Thong Sala. My memory is a bit sketchy, but it was one of the big clothes shops with the sarongs hanging outside.

Samui nicer than Surat Thani .... if memory serves there is a shop at the Big C centre... cannot think of one at Tesco locations... (Chawang / Lamai)

For sport shoes try the shops at Iyara Resort, beginning of Chaweng. Genuine stuff from Nike, Adidas etc.....excellent quality but therefore not cheap.

I was hoping I can get some without leaving the island. So I will try the shop in the walking street.
