Plant pak bong they say...now's the season they say...need only 25 days they say and price now ฿20/kg they say... The mushrooms you showed in your video are the preferred "strain" for tomyam in Phetchabun(link). Unfortunately the outer layer of this straw mushroom (Volvariella volvacea or simply เห็ดฟาง, source link1 ; link2)has to be cleaned with a knife before cooking. After cut in half they smile(link). I am very interested to learn about mushrooms. Milky's are new to me. Do you still use your guest house for this? Thank you. Padwan must of got some new sunglasses. A little bit puzzled I asked her how did she know it was Padwan....easy said Mrs Shaggy,everyone knows Padwan's motorbike.
