STUDMEYER
Hello All, Im from Chiang mai., I have never been to the islands before. 2 years in thailand and never seen the ocean! I've Been looking online for 2 days trying to find a decent little resort to take the Ms for Christmas (last minute plans...) Problem is everything is booked solid over xmas! We're looking for something quiet and upscale, money not an issue, but likewise not so picky we wouldnt stay somewhere because there was no A/C, just dont want a dirty cheap backpacker style place. Range is 5 star resort to cheap clean bunglow Can anyone suggest a place that might be available? ... Desperate. Cheers, SM

fiddlehead
Check out the Westin if you want quiet. Or: the Radisson at Panwa Six Senses at Ko Yo Noi Vijitt (Rawai) Renaissance or the Sala Phuket up at Mai Khao Possibly they are all booked but, I have my doubts. There are so many more on Phuket too. Good luck.

arby
I am just finishing my B & B which is located 2.5km from the beach in Naiharn. I will have the two units available by December 20th. It is an upscale B & B with all the amenities. PM me if you are interested and want photos.

Just discussed with the miss and were leaning towards trying to find a boutique bungalow sort of place with a sea view. We were kind of hoping to stay away from the big hotel chains. The search is still on. I will look into all the suggestions on the page. Thanks everyone for the help!! Pollywaffle
Try latestays.com - PhangNa, KhaoLak. It is beautiful up in Khao Lak, and still relatively unspoilt. There are a few boutique beach places too. Accessible from Phuket Airport via taxi.
