The question now is how someone defines what's needed, how the budget is defined, how the open e-bid is handled and a few more of these. attrayant Posted October 20, 2014 Share Posted October 20, 2014 (edited) It's not terribly surprising (or enlightening) that a country with an average winter temperature of 4.4 °C (40 °F) has more fire-related fatalities than a country where there is essentially no winter at all. Furthermore, it's almost certain that those fatalities occurred in private residences, which puts them outside the scope of this discussion. A more meaningful statistic might be the number of lives saved by fire suppression devices. I'm sure that friend JOC is looking for that data and will report back as soon as it's found.
