...such a low quantity....... if flawed coins...... could put their value into the stratosphere....

....surely an insider job.....

...but one question.....'No cameras in the mint or mint storage facilities?'......

Probably "not working".

They tend not to if you turn them off!

Many years ago representatives from the Royal Australian Mint (RAM) and Note Printing Australia (NPA) came to the Royal Thai Mint (RTM) in an attempt to sell Thailand the then new technology of polymer banknotes. Regrettably, Thailand wasn't interested but the reps from RAM and NPA were not impressed with the RTMs level of security. Seems not much has changed.
