BANGKOK: -- The National Legislative Assembly has passed a bill designed to strike at financial support for terrorism and proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

They can amend that bill the the holiday traffic safety bill, because we all know how effective those are.

Sadly for years I have watched governments pass this and pass that mostly just passing wind. Great press for today but tomorrow lets have the enforcement part but that is ALWAYS sadly lacking. They beat their chests and then steal off like the morning mist on the moors.

Thanks for nothing. So what are the main provisions of the Bill - or are they so controversial that the public can't be told?

Another bill with more loop holes than the election. Endless spending and misplaced data and money. That's the bill.
