The pictures you describe are for extension based on marriage which you get at immigration office local to you two separate things. non o multi entry visa based on marriage from Savanakhet cost 5000bht. Cost of visa on arrival at laos 1500bht or pay in US dollar works out cheaper. Extension based on marriage from immigration cost 1900 bht 400000 bht in bank 2 or 3 (not sure which) months before applied. then you need the pictures your talking about and a lot of other things plenty threads on both subjects.
