libya 115
After 2006, Bob Dylan's 'Modern Times' which I rate really highly, several bands and musicians will be releasing albums in 2007. For me, it has been a long wait for 'Shellac of North America' to release in February 2007, (after 7 years) their fourth album entitled 'Excellent Italian Greyhound'. What are you awaiting? libya 115
They did 'sort of' reform with John Bonham's son on drums. But they will never be the same. I might just watch the fantastic B/W Radio Denmark DVD I have, where they perform almost all of Led Zep 1, tonight for a Christmas treat.
kurgen
This years must have album has got to be ....Aqua's greatest hits, vol 6. And I've heard through the grapevine that Bucksfizz are thinking of doing a comeback world tour, man I'd give my right arm to see them at Wembly again. Could turn out to be a great year for music...if only Renee and Renata could patch things up

The Dan Sai Kid
Did anyone read the Rod Stewart interview on the BBC website. He was talking about how he doesn't write his own songs anymore - because he thinks the craft of songwriting has left him. If only the Rolling Stones and Paul McCartney would do the same! baabaabobo
I agree with Libya about Bob Dylan's Modern Times - a real surprise and an album I would recommend to everyone. U2's next album should be good if the last one shows any direction same same for Bowie.

AndyGZ
The Sex Pistols have been immortalized by Kubrick, a Japanese toy company that creates cube-based action figures resembling LEGO Minifigures. The collectibles are available as a limited-edition five-piece set featuring plastic likenesses of Johnny Rotten, Sid Vicious, Steve Jones and Paul Cook. The toys will set you back $60 and were created to commemorate next year's 30th anniversary of Never Mind the <deleted>, Here's the Sex Pistols' release...
