  1. I didn't understood what you were writing;

    The 117 coming from Nakhon Sawan stop at Pitsanulok ;

    I use this map

    Thailand Road Atlas by Thinknet

    ISBN 9 786167 547299

    the price is about 300 baht

    You have also in this book many maps of the main towns in Thailand and if you have a look at Uttaradit map, you cannot find a rd n* 117 .

    When at Nam Pat, if you choose to take the road 1339 to Na Muen , Na Noi and Nan; be careful it is a dead end road when arriving at the artificial lake made by Sirikit Dam .

  2. I bought my new Nissan in September last year but told the dealer I didn't want my white plates until January, this way when I get the blue book for it, it is classed as a 2015 vehicle not the previous year. Good for when you want to sell it.

    And what about the serial number ( on a little plate ) of your car which is riveted inside the engine compartment ?

    With it ( the serial number ) you can know everything about the model ;

    there is another serial number which is inside the engine block ...

    Even you have a 2015 " class model" on the paper; it's very easy to know it's in fact a 2014 model . tongue.png

  3. average UK cost of building motorways is somewhere between £25M & £30M PER MILE!!

    100mm of tarmac wouldn't last a month in the UK so it wont last very long at all in Thailand

    so Som Nam Nah indeed!!

    A good link, sorry it's in french but u can easily understand the numbers ! ( million euros for one kilometer built )

    http://www.senat.fr/questions/base/1998/qSEQ981212598.html

    " Finland (3,3 millions euros), Spain (3,8 millions euros), Sweden (5,8 millions euros), Luxembourg (8,8 millions euros), Germany (de 10,6 à 42,4 millions euros), France (13,9 millions euros), Italy (de 25 to 35 millions euros for motorway already built and from 35 to 45 millions euros for motorway not yet built ) and Switzerland (65,7 millions euros). "

    U can see , it's very expensive in Italy and Switzerland because they have so many mountains . viaducs, tunnels, viaducs, tunnels ...

  4. All the roads in Thailand are built the same way ;

    White ground at the base ( it's argile and sand ), then red ground ( it's the same with glue gigglem.gif )

    Then this machine

    Then asphalt in big trucks, but not more than 4 centimeters...

    Again that machine

    It's finished...clap2.gif

    Maybe they must go to Italy to see how italian engineer can make motorway like Bologna -- Firenze through the mountain; ;

    tunnel , viaduct, tunnel, viaduct and so on during about 120 kilometers.

  5. At least Thaksin did something for the people

    Well propaganda from marxist side.... If Taksin do something why Isaan remains the poorest region thailand ?

    Maybe you must come to I-San and see by yourself...and not only read what Nation " journalists " write ;

    you are not without knowing they aren't journalists but only people who write what the party in power wants ...

    You'll be surprise to see it's wrong .

    555 ! If Thaksin is marxist, I'm Jesus Christ cheesy.gif

  6. Hi Chon from Buriram, I suppose ? smile.png
