Maybe, just maybe, the motorbike went through a red light !!
Yes, the other car in the video is stopped but he is waiting to turn right. Its possible that the car went through a green light, albeit in the wrong lane...
Take a closer look at the video, you can see the motorcycle has the green light.

"Chief Panurat Lakbun said that there was no truth to rumors circulating that the number was going to change. In fact anyone suggesting such a thing could face a long jail term."
Funny that, guess they better prepare the cells as there have been several announcements by no other then the government it will be changed to 911. Another instance of the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. One example below. Bunch of idiots in charge. Lots of articles in the media on this last year.
Thais will soon dial 911 as the new and single national emergency numbers

Who gets the money for that toll? And why extend nimman rd only to be blocked from going any further because you haven't bought a sticker in the limited time they are available each year.
Once again ridiculousness and greed rules here.
I don't know what you are on about. It is a military installation and as such free access is appropriately restricted. Try to enter pretty much any military installation in the world without permission and see what happens.
As for you 'driving through' though required to stop, you are pushing your luck and a dumb move. Especially those times they are on alert and carrying fully automatic weapons.

+1 use the Magnet link. Simples.
+2 Use the Magnet link.

Why did this flight divert to Bali and not to Darwin? Bali is quite a distance beyond Darwin.
Seems odd but Bali may have been one of their designated alternate fields. From the route you can see they started their diversion well before Darwin.
//Edit - on 2nd look, perhaps the diversion is the blue path at the top left of the image in which case Bali would be closer.

"set to trip at 20 amps" ?
Obviously meant to be 20ma or you are toast.

"said that their lawyers"
That may explain it.

Possibly there is a bit of over-reaction to this form. For example, if you own a scooter AND a car, all you have to do is put the scooter on the form. Same with bank accounts, only one required. Easy enough to open a new account with 500 baht in it and list that.
I find it hard to believe Immigration has the manpower to check where I am eating. I'm putting this down to pure bureaucratic nosiness.
Everyone doing 90 day reporting should give as many incorrect answers as they can, and give the IOs as much work as possible.
If that had to happen, all this nonsense will soon stop.
It may be better to give truthful answers, albeit with misspellings to confuse the computers. From what I've seen on Thai Visa, that shouldn't be too hard for some.
Great idea, I never thought of that, take note all you guys who object to filling in these forms. But you still don't need to give truthful answers.
FYI, there is a hefty fine for supplying false information.

You could try and get a Thailand VPN as they are probably using GEOIP to detect the computer/laptop is not in country.

This brings up another question. Is mailing the form in with your 90 days still an option.??
It was a week ago for me.

They seem to choose the color of wires according to criteria like "looks beautiful" instead of "hot", "ground", "earth" ....
Some just like simplicity - black, black and black.

Perhaps reading the article may help some. She had steroid injection to her knee which is a common treatment. The question is, why didn't the doctor (sports doctor?) not know that could be an issue?

It is july, not even thinking about Christmas. I guess news reporters are getting bored after the brexit polls.
The inquest is being held now. Seems like old news unless you picked up on that bit of information, so perhaps the reporters aren't bored, just reporting current events??
Some members complain when there is no follow up to a story but when there actually is a follow up .....

The Dutch embassy will be closed from Thursday July 14th, 10:59 till Monday the 25th, 09:00.
Post offices and most banks are also closed on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Banks (main branches) will close only for Monday, Tuesday and open Wednesday. Satellite branches such as at malls will be open.

That 26 Amps is not normal. That would be 5.7 kw/hour or 137kwh/day (4110 kwh/month) or 18k baht+ per month.
You mention a pool. Motor? If a stalled motor it will consume a lot of current but then it would also most like smoke.

We have that in Chiang Mai, same color, but it sure doesn't look glossy like that.

"that a sole foreigner can’t register, own or run a business on their own in the country."
Not entirely accurate. The US-Thailand Treaty of Amity specifically allows it.

I also paid a deposit for the red plates which was returned after receiving the white ones. It is required by law now that the dealer has to supply you with white plates within 30 days of delivery of vehicle. There is a financial penalty to the dealer if he doesn't fulfill this. However, have heard that some car owners has been given the fine instead.
Is not returning a wai an insult?
