I just got my extension at chaengwattana. Can confirm, you can do it yourself. No need for an agent. you can apply up to one month before your permission to stay expires. I think you will need a tm30. The documents required were as follows: - Passport (first page + visa page + last entry stamp page) + departure card (TM.6) + 90 days report receipt; - TM.30 receipt; - Updated lease agreement + landlord documents (ID Card + Title deed or SPA to show the landlord name); - Photos of you and condo (whole condo building + you standing in front of the condo building + you standing with the condo name label + you standing with the condo no. + you sit on the sofa in living room + you standing or sitting in the kitchen + you sitting in the bed room + every area inside condo) - Original bank book updated on the visa submission date and copy and sign; - Bank Statement 1 year certified by bank officer - Confirmation letter from the bank certified by bank officer issue within 3 days.

thanks for that. I will go to CW on Monday. I had an online reminder set which also didn't trigger. just my luck!

didn't get the email reminder this time. my 90-day report was due on March 20, 2023. can I do it online or will I have to make the trek to Cw? this has probably been asked a few times but I couldn't find it. thank you,
