The more they move the products so you have to search, the more products you'll ponder as you wander. Just a marketing strategy.

Yes, stores do this as a matter of course. As you're wandering around looking for the coffee you'll see something and go " Actually I need some of that." There's lots of tricks they have to get you to buy.

Will just add a ai quic search to my previously reply. It is up to you to preserve your health, and nobody else, so what you think are best for you, just do it. It doesn’t involve me or anybody else, but you solely.

Walking 10,000 steps a day can positively impact bowel movements by improving digestion and reducing the risk of constipation. Regular physical activity, like walking, helps to stimulate the muscles in the digestive tract, aiding in the movement of food and waste through the system

Walking 10,000 steps a day is a popular fitness goal, and while it wasn't initially based on scientific evidence, it has been shown to have numerous health benefits. Studies indicate that accumulating this number of steps can improve physical and mental well-being, reduce the risk of chronic diseases, and even boost cognitive function.

Here's what science says about the benefits of walking 10,000 steps a day:

    Improved Physical Health:

Weight Management: Walking 10,000 steps can contribute to weight loss and prevent weight regain, especially when combined with a modest reduction in calorie intake.

Cardiovascular Health: It can lower the risk of heart disease, stroke, and high blood pressure.

Bone Health: Weight-bearing activities like walking can strengthen bones and increase bone density.

Reduced Risk of Chronic Diseases: Studies show that walking 10,000 steps can lower the risk of type 2 diabetes, certain cancers, and other chronic conditions.

Improved Sleep: Individuals who walk 10,000 steps a day often report falling asleep faster, sleeping longer, and experiencing better sleep quality.

    Enhanced Mental Well-being:

Reduced Anxiety and Depression: Studies have shown that walking 10,000 steps can significantly reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Improved Mood: Walking can elevate mood, reduce stress, and promote a sense of well-being.

Enhanced Cognitive Function: Research suggests that walking 10,000 steps may slow down cognitive decline and reduce brain volume loss, particularly in individuals at high risk.

    Beyond the Numbers:

It's a Great Starting Point: While 10,000 steps is a common goal, the benefits of walking start even with smaller increases in daily step counts.

Walking Pace Matters: Walking at a faster pace can further enhance the health benefits.

Accessibility and Convenience: Walking is a low-impact activity that can be done anywhere, anytime, and doesn't require special equipment.

Important Note: The original 10,000-step goal was popularized as a marketing strategy for pedometers in Japan. However, subsequent research has supported the numerous health benefits associated with walking 10,000 steps a day and even smaller increases in daily step counts

The Japanese also concluded that alternate 3 minutes slow then fast walking helps.  Also I saw somewhere that 8,000 steps for the over 60s is sufficient. Consistency is more effective than length. (She cried. lol)

If anyone is looking for lowest calories in spirits, then go with the clears;  vodka, gin & tequila, usually <100 per shot (1.5 oz / 44 ml).

Someone mentioned Jack D, that's good also, as is Jameson & Crown Royal, the 2, favorites of mine.  All ~100 per shot.

Those are still quite high, although you would probably drink less by volume than beer, so it's swings and roundabouts. Hong Thong is 95kcal./45ml. Chang, Leo and Singha are 150kcal per 100ml.

Kasteel Donker is a whopping 330 kcal/100ml. although it is 11% abv. I had two bottles in Vientiane and I felt like I was wearing somone else's face. 😮

He is "openly gay", has a girlfriend, and loves to ride giant dildoes! Which one of the characters LGBTQI etc does he represent?

If he's got a girlfriend must be B. Although he doesn't state he rides the dlldos, just the motorcycle.... and possibly his girlfriend. He seems a bit confused, in several respects.

  5. "I used sunbeds before coming here, thinking I'd be fine. This has completely changed my approach to sun safety."

It used to be a common misconception that a "base tan" from a sunbed would stop you burning but that was debunked many years ago.

There aren't really any "hidden dangers" in sun exposure. Not wearing sun block has been a no-no for decades.

  6. From the Medicinnet article:

"Chigger bites themselves do not produce any long-term complications. However, because of the intense itching, prolonged scratching may lead to skin wounds that may become infected by bacteria. Chiggers in North America are not known to carry any diseases, unlike some other arthropods."

So it seems scratching is the problem, not the bites unlike mosquitoes.

    Bite remedies:

"Many home remedies for chigger bites are based upon the incorrect belief that chiggers burrow into and remain in the skin. Nail polish, alcohol, and bleach have been applied to the bites to attempt to get rid of the chiggers by "suffocating" or killing the chiggers. However, because the chiggers are not present in the skin, these methods are not effective.

Here's how to get rid of chigger bites. Home remedies to help relieve the itching associated with chigger bites may help some people, such as:

Taking a cool shower or applying cool compresses

    Sitting in a cool bath

Using bath products that contain colloidal oatmeal

Using certain over-the-counter (OTC) medications to help "

So, don't scratch and cool showers or baths to relieve the symptoms.

Gay sex is not about sticking your penis in another mans anus then?

Is straight sex about sticking your penis in a woman's anus then? Plenty of vids on YT of that.

There are plenty of ways of having sex without anal penetration.

Like all your other anti-LGBT+ friends on here you're obsessed with anuses. Very unhealthy.
