  1. What about those who had been working in Thailand for the 6 years and were paying tax, but now I've stop working, and for the past 4 years on the Covid 19 and Marriage extension. What are the percentage of success?
  2. Greetings. While I was going thru some of the older forums, I notice someone having some issue with the hand drawn map, thought I could share my experience and how I do it. My method is to attached the computer drawn map (which I did myself) on the blank form, printed it in B&W, and filled in the address above by hand. I have been doing this for both marriage and covid-19 extension applications, so far so good. Maybe someone could share a better and easier method than mine. Cheers.
  3. Again thank everyone for your advise and answer. Can the mod please close the thread? Thanks.
  4. @DrJack54 Do they really question/investigate where your money is coming from if you opt for cash in bank method? @The Deerhunter I suppose the will always be abusing of power since I was told that every immigration branch has a "slightly" different standard. @brianthainess Can we withdraw the 400K before the extension stamp? @sometimewoodworker Hopefully I don't have to come to that, but thanks for the info. @JohnB1945 Is there a minimum wages if I apply for work permit with the Non-O Visa? @Bangkok Barry Is there any other way?
  5. Thank you all for your answers. I'm currently on Thai spouse extension with eligibility of 400K in bank. If I go for retired Visa, won't I need 800K instead? Going back to my original question, so I could renew/reapply for Marriage Extension every year without limit (as long as our marriage still valid)?
  6. Greetings. I need to clarify something, is there an age limit for Non-O Thai Spouse 1-year stay extension? I understand that I need to switch to Non-OA (retired) VISA once I've reach 50, but this is just my assumption.
  7. My friend in Malaysia inform me that the cost just to cross the border is at least 8,000 baht, so who want to spend that for a day or two day trip? This is ridiculous.
  8. I was ask to pay additional 1,000 baht (after the 1,900 baht) at the office or to the onsite officer. The 1,000 baht has no receipt and the officer say its for "nam jai". Daylight robbers!
