  1. I walked past that place , but didnt see any mention of lamb on the picture sign in front so didnt inquire.

I had a chicken kabob at a indian place on rachwithi, but there was some kind of weird chemical smell, almost like rubbing alcohol...and the white sauce was thai salad dressing..... :)

  2. quote name='Paagai' There's also a new Farang food restaurant just along in the same block called SoupaSteak. Right next door to Salsa Kitchen, making for a whole block of varied culinary deligths as you've got The Leomn Tree and a Japanese place there too.

I haven't tried it but a friend checked it out a couple of nights back and reported great food and realistic prices with A/C and modern decor. Menu is western Salad, soup grill, steak type fare though I guess that's implied by the name.

I've tried it, but only the cheeseburger that they have advertised in front of the store. - nice shop, but the burger needs some work. Will give them the beef steak test next, see what happens...

  3. "aftermarket pipes and silencers dont work for he CBR, trust me on this."

    I would like to disagree.

By what logic do you think that a larger downpipe and a freeflowing exhaust will not work better than the very restricted tiny original?

especially if your doing cams and a larger carb.

I've noticed you like to disagree.

    More power to you.

  4. Another asian american here just chiming in, Thai- American in fact. or to be more detailed a thai-redneck. I also get mistaken for Japanese and freak farangs out when i speak English with a Southern drawl.

I think people freak out around us because theyre not sure how they should act. This goes for both Thai and other nationalities, although Europeans are more accepting and freak out less. Since their mother tongues aren't English either.

Sometimes my greatest joy is to sit there in the corner and listen to everyone talk about me, when they don't think i can understand. lol

  5. Lamb, a lamb gyro, not beef not chicken , but a real lamb gyro (yes i understand meats are mixed together) with that tziziki sauce. Not ketchup, not chili sauce and not a UK style Donor, i need a gyro i tell you.

Where oh where are there real gyros in chiang mai...?

Please dont make me make it myself again for the umpteenth time.

  6. The taiwanese restaurant down the road from Kad suan Kaew shopping center has huge portions, gyoza there is only 55 baht for 12 pieces....portions of every dish there are also about twice of what you would expect, free hot or cold tea too.

portions are humongous and the prices are very cheap. tired of thai food, id check this place out. Taiwanese noodles are unlike anything ive ever eaten, the texture is very addictive.

  7. I have 10 unlimited racing CDI's.

5 are stage 1 unlimited CDI with no cutout limit, smoother accceleration from low esr components and higher capacitance as well as a higher quality core transformer inside.

5 are stage 2 unlimited racing CDI's with two graphs, the first graph gives better power and acceleration, when at high RPM's you depress a button and the second graph takesover and advances the ignition giving you even more power at high speeds.

1500 baht for stage 1 - three month guarantee

2500 baht for stage 2 - one year guarantee
