I can't find any news on this weekend's Flower Festival. Can I expect it to proceed as planned?
If it does, I hope the participants aren't all wearing face masks.

I just bought a 100 W converter at Amorn. It was about 400 baht.

The Pun Pun Guesthouse and Restaurant is right on the river and meets your requirements. I think it's worth checking out.

I have two of the Xiaomi units that I'm happy with. Recently ordered several (gereric) replacement filters through Lazada at a great price.
I also saw these Electrostatic Cotton filters designed to wrap around the Xiaome canister filters, so I also bought a package of them. Used one of them for a week so far and it seems to have the same effect as the 3M filtrete. The cotton ones only cost about 11 baht each, so they're much cheaper than 3M. They can also be used in your AC unit. Haven't seen anyone mention them yet.

It's been a long time, but the cruise was arranged by my hotel. I think they gave me a good idea what to expect. Since I was new here, I rather enjoyed it. I'm thinking it lasted about 2 hours. I don't recall just how far up river it was.
Here's a photo I took of our destination. Really liked the fishing net. There were a few interesting thai cultural items that we could wander around. I believe it included a meal that didn't appeal to me.
I recommend it for first time visitors at least.

I don't remember them ever asking for suggestions from the public, especially foreigners like us, for things that they could do to improve tourism. Are they too proud? Seems their limited mentality keeps them from seeing the big picture.

Just checked mine and it's clear. But then our water is stored in a large tank on top of the condo, so it might take a while to be affected by new contamination.

I think a lot of people aren't aware of frozen food items you keep in your freezer. I've been taking advantage of this and it gives me more options for easy to heat meals and desserts. Maybe I'm an exception since I eat most of my meals at home.
It wasn't until I asked how you can keep so many items on your menu and that I can buy them still frozen in portions, so if you advertised this, it may open up more business to people like myself.

He has a CMU email address here:

The phone number is just a generic CMU one
Thanks Sally. I emailed him and am now hoping for a reply.
If I don't hear from him or get more solid recommendations, I'll consider RAM Dental Clinic.

He's a Prosthodontist that I've been seeing in Chiang Mai. I last saw him at Dental World about 10 months ago.
Now I need him again and he is no longer working there. The staff either doesn't know where he's gone or won't tell me.
I've searched google with no luck. Have also searched the websites of every dental clinic and hospital in town with no luck.
He's the only one that I know I can trust to properly adjust or modify my dentures.
If I can't find him, is there another Prosthodontist in town that anyone would highly recommend? Thanks.

If all those people doing the burning were really smart, they'd find a way to introduce nicotine into the smoke, Then everyone would get addicted to it and they wouldn't want it to stop.

Here's something that might help Chaing Mai.

Dentures are made and repaired here in Chiang Mai. Most dental clinics can probably help you. They will probably make a mold of your mouth first and send that to the shop, along with your denture, for repair. Then, in about two days, they'll have them back. Your doctor will then adjust it until it's a perfect fit.
I recommend Dr. Kullapop at Dental World. He's the best. I won't let anyone else mess with my dentures.

The maid cleans my inside windows and the easily accessible outside windows. I cleaned parts of the others that I could safely reach.
I asked the management about the rest; Was told it's too dangerous for the staff to do. They said the windows get cleaned when the outside of the building is repainted. It will probably be a few years before that happens.
Does anyone know of a business in Chiang Mai that is equipped to clean hard-to-reach windows? I'm on the 13th floor.

Gekko Garden does a really good Thanksgiving Buffet and they're reasonable. Got to make reservations ahead of time though.
I passed on them this year though because the dinner falls right in the middle of Loy Krathong. Don't want to be driving in town those evenings.

Here's a very informative link with lots of info and suggestions on where to go to enjoy Loy Krathong this year.

Photo Bug and I think some of the other camera stores will buy your gear, usually at a fair price and with very little hassle.
If you still have the box and accessories that came with it, you'll do even better.
