My 60 day visa ends on the 25th of March. I already have 400k in the bank (deposited on the 15 of Dec), been there for about 40 days.. On the 25th of Feb it would reach the 2 month required. Can I with the current visa go to immigration on the 25th of Feb and start the application process? Do I need the 90 day stamp?

RE: 60 day extension to visit your wife

Has anyone done the above. I just want some confirmation as I'm in the same boat. -
I'm using the term Non O Spouse visa and marriage visa the same? I'm assuming it is. I'm talking about the yearly visa. This is my fourth straight year with extensions on the marriage visa. As I couldn't raise the funds in time recently, I'm looking for options. If I understand correctly, I can request a 60 day extension before the 25th Jan. The part I'm unsure is if I they allow the extended time to proof funds in the bank. If done this way there is no need to leave Thailand. Am i getting this right?

I think if they give me 90 days it's not going to be under the marriage visa anymore. I would have to go through the re application process again which I prefer not to. Just re checked my passport, I didn't to mention earlier, the thai wife visa was issued on 24th Jan 2024 and expires on 25th Jan 2025. In March 2024 I applied for a single re entry, left the kingdom and came back on 1st April 2024. Upon entry the IO stamped a NON visa valid from 1st April 2024 to 25th Jan 2025. Came through Suvhanabhum both ways. I'd prefer not to leave Thailand. Could I still do the 2 month wife extension (from 25th Jan - 25th March) and later the marriage visa renewal (with funds banked in before Jan25th) based on the current situation? Or any other suggestion within same timings of funds and not leaving Thailand.

Please confirm if this is possible.. My spouse O visa expires on Jan 25th 2025. The 2 month requirement for funds in the bank has not been met. I should be able to raise the funds before Jan 25th 2025. My question is... Is it possible to have the funds in the bank just before the 25th Jan, get a 60 day extension at CW based of marriage visa and return to CW on the 25th March (or just before it expires), and apply for the yearly spouse O visa extension? Thanks.

Last I read it's an ex cop linked to a high profile case who got the Minister of Education post. -
What would one expect with this guy at the top post? https://www.thaipbsworld.com/is-thailands-education-system-safe-in-the-hands-of-bhumjaithai-party/

I'm in Bangkok Kannika. Last resort might be to just do that. In the meantime if anyone has other suggestions please share. -
Hi, Is there a company that picks up older unwanted computer parts, including monitors? Also, maybe there's some technical school that might want these. Not sure what to do with it now, pls advise.

Hi there, Looking for a film school in bangkok to donate some old professional video camera's. Failing that, how would someone suggest disposing them.

I just assumed 14 days more as that would total 90 days in the kingdom. I thought a border bounce would give you another 45 days. Going back to Singapore is not preferable, a Thai border trip close to Bangkok is what I'm looking for right now. I'd like to know if a daily trip is possible or she needs t stay the night. And if I'm missing anyhting if she decides this.

Can I hop on board this page as I have a couple of questions and seeking advise. Mum's (Singapore passport) on a visit here, arrived on the 11th Dec2012 and was given a 45 days visa to 23rd Jan. She then had a 30day extension at Laksi Bangkok immigration which expires on the 23rd of Feb. If she wanted to stay longer, can she do a border bounce? I think Bangkok Immigration will only give her another 14 weeks. She'd like to stay 2months if possible. What are her options?

I guess old school mindset that hard copy is somehow more official. You're right and actually a good thing about the digital era, less paper is great! If only the yearly visa extensions would go this route.

Hi, I'm using the More Prom app for applying a vaccination cert for traveling to Singapore (assuming I need one). I need it by the end of this week. Upon application in the app it says the booking time is 30th of June for pick up and and 29th, 30th June for QR application. Please do advise of what I should do to get it done by this week. thanks.
