Should Thailand start asking for police CBR checks to accompany initial retirement visa applications? Wouldn't you want to know who you are allowing to live long term in your country?

I would imagine he has given up on and retired from molesting little girls judging by his age, why not just leave him alown to live out the rest of his life? secondly it would not concern me if he was living in my soi, I think we should live and let live and dont be so neurotic about this kind of person.
