So is it a fact that anyone can:- Steel, Cheat, Lie and even be involved in ordering illegal killings be welcomed into these special countries, change my name and be granted a passport in the fake name and live well on on the stolen money with complete immunity from prosecution? (because when I change my name I am obviously not the other person)

If this is the case, a new for dummies book should be published called "How to be a crook change your name and get away with it for dummies" or can this book tittle be reduced?

Perhaps Thai Visa can give advice to people wishing to start a new career in "blackguardry" and how to get the right visas for countries that welcome criminals?

Runaway ex-PM Thaksin Shinawatra has used new name in his passports issued by some African countries, Thai Vice foreign minister Panich Vikitsreth said Wednesday.

Thaksin's name in passports issued by Nicaragua, Uganda and Montenegro has been changed to "Takki Shinegra," he said.

The Thai government has revoked Thaksin's diplomatic passport issued during his premiership. He was believed to have an ordinary Thai passport. Some African countries have issued him a special passport to facilitate his travels and his visit to the countries.

Panich said Thaksin's new name may cause problem for Thailand's attempt to bring him back to face two-year jail term on charge of corruption.

"Problems can happen when we ask foreign countries to extradite him. We name him in our request as Thaksin Shinawatra but when those countries check his presence, they would not find him because he used different name," Panich said.

Nicaragua and Montenegro are not African countries, something what a Vice foreign minister should know, but this part probably have gone wrong during translation.

I wonder if anyone has conducted any tests to ascertain what the typical rural teacher's IQ is? What about the IQ of the parents? what about pregnant mothers drinking and smoking? has anyone done this or have they just picked on Iodine out at random? Not sure what is new about this research as it has been known for many years the dangers of radiation exposure at altitude.

The government declared that Taksin was a terrorist and may be tried for treason which actually carries the death penalty here in Thailand.

I am sure there are many people would insist on the treason charge to go through the high court, so he would not be coming back to politics in this life if found guilty!
