Very good question.
I want to stay in Thailand and my trashold (tolerance) is quite high in regard with the local issues. However, my parashute is fully packed and ready to relocate with the family in the worst case scenario.
The worst case scenario could be really messy but I somehow hope, although maybe irationally, that the country won't get so far.

Thank you for this. I have registered as well.
I do not see it is stated specifically Astra Zeneca.

Humans are the weakest link in cyber security. Just don't click on BS links, have an antivirus and firewall up to date and all will be fine

The most viable way is to buy a good second hand car although it is also going to be more expensive than in the west but if it is in a good shape, you should be good.

Makes perfect sense. The first batch of one million Pfizer was for the rich and the second batch of the twenty million is for the middle class. Seems everything to be under control.

Just focus on vaccinating the population guys. That's the priority.

Too much calculation. Just import the vaccines and let the private hospitals to import as well. Let's get done with this all by October and the tourist season can start.

About 15 years ago 100 Pipers was 300, then went up to 330. Bells, when it first came to Thailand was quite a bit cheaper than 100 Pipers/395, presumably to build market share.

Hi guys,
I have been trying to find a reliable aircon cleaning service for the last 4 days in Nonthaburi but 3 off them are available in 3 or 4 days.
Could someone recommend such a service based on positive experience?
Thank you,

If already married, it does not matter as it will be considered you obtained the property together. So in case of divorce, you'll have to split half-half of everything obtained while in marriage. However, before getting married there is an option to list the items you are bringing into the marriage which, if it comes to a divorce, you do not have to split (there is a proper name of this document and I don't know how it is called in English).
Concerning the names, maybe better only your name to decrease certain administrative hassle in the future but if it comes to divorce everything must be split except the items from the list you stated before getting married (if you did and if you did not, you will have to prove bla bla bla hassle).

Once they discover Covid cases in all of the other provinces across Thailand , i'm sure there will be a nationwide lockdown within the next few days.
Once that happens, we will then see Alcohol bans as well. Maybe a good time to stock up for those who like a drink?yeah, buuuuuuuuuuuuyyyyyyyyyyy, piiiiiiiiiiiiiiileeeee

Same issue here. I prefer hiking but as it is too hot in Thailand I went swimming three times a week which helped me to maintain my health.
The last two months no swimming and I can feel the difference.
Looking forward to my 40 minutes swimming activity three times a week.
