I think covid was just a dress rehearsal for the incoming alien ships arrival and proper lockdown like in Half-Life 2.
We all complied globally anyway, so it's good to go.
Waiting for the announcement from President Kamala Harris as Biden will be dead by the time the aliens get here....

To be counted as a COVID death in those CDC statistics, the death has to have COVID as the underlying (main) cause or a contributing cause as coded on the death certificate.
"Provisional data are non-final counts of deaths based on the flow of mortality data in NVSS. Deaths include those with COVID-19, coded to ICD–10 code U07.1, as an underlying or contributing cause of death on the death certificate."
'nuff said - 'contributing cause'...some health wreck with 8 serious conditions dies and trace of covid in them = covid death stat.

How is OTC working you are depositing into your bank or something else ?
Never really heard of doing a crypto cash-out OTC.

Although U.S. COVID deaths and hospitalizations have been declining lately, and are much down from their peaks of early 2023 a year ago, COVID is still killing more than 200 Americans per day, each and every day, in the U.S., more than 1,500 per week right now.
"Data during recent periods are incomplete because of the lag in time between when a death occurs and when a death certificate is completed, submitted to NCHS, and processed for reporting. This delay can range from 1 week to 8 weeks or more, depending on the jurisdiction. The most recent 3 weeks of mortality counts are shaded grey and mortality rates shown as dotted lines because NVSS reporting is <95% during this period."
Is that the old :-
died with covid
or died from covid
chestnut ?

I think depression anxiety doubled during lockdown in world anyway.
Section below
The impact of COVID on mental health
Recent surveys released by the OECD found that mental health has deteriorated significantly since the start of the COVID‑19 pandemic.
From March 2020 onwards, the prevalence of anxiety and depression increased in 15 selected OECD countries, including several European ones.
Probably why it's such a non-topic also.

Who even isolates at this stage ? I notice when people say they might have covid or flu-like sypmtoms...they slant to 'flu' and don't mention covid at all.
I rarely hear any mention of the word covid here in the UK.
It's like a collective bad dream that everyone wants to forget.

Best just to get your keys on to a wallet with these Thai crypto platforms ?
While a few might suddenly be easy to join for foreigners, I worry about the platform integrity.
Anyone using crypto.com as a foreigner in Thailand with no issues getting set-up ?
-
Oh well, I had a couple hours of joy thinking Thailand had joined the ranks of Malaysia and Singapore with zero CGT on crypto....
Even worth living in Malaysia enough of the year for tax purposes if not a trader but investor under their rules.

-
Is it a fixed rate of 15% for CGT on crypto ?
-
So from the article it states :-
<<This makes it permanent for transactions conducted through Thailand’s licensed digital asset exchange operators, including trades done by licensed brokers and dealers.>>
So just have to check an exchange is licensed operator within the border to qualify for zero tax.
I think the UK is 10% or 20% depending on your income tax bracket.
-
It looks like no taxes for trading permanent if you trade on approved Thai platforms ?
Of course a member may jump in and say I'm wrong...am here to learn from the wise men on this thread....👍

Am not sure these approved platforms can be easily joined by foreigners ?
Just looking to follow the rules vs trying to game anything and it catching up with me in future if resident long-term back in Thailand (currently away overseas but looking to relocate back if this is the case)...zero tax for traders or long-term investors ?

Maybe less fun back home also - as you will be same age back home as here.
You've just passes into a new phase of life which can evoke 'mourning'...more so in west I'd say. I'd love to have my clubbing days back here and date lower 20s chix.
Still a possibility in Thailand on both fronts...never see over 35s much even maybe in UK nightclubs..not sure...
Grass is always greener syndrome.
I had to go back in west due to family reasons and see both pluses minuses here.
Fresh air, Autumn, less brutal summers etc etc....higher overheads ad just generally costly. Luckily no mortgage or rent overheads for me while here.

They used to, or still do sell dead cobras in alcohol in Vietnam.
Thought better of buying that 'novelty' and bringing it back luckily.

According to what I read they were initially described as Scotsmen and then later as Cameroonians? Was the witness colourblind?
I'm reliably informed the Scotch don't wash....fresh from the ship's coal boiler room from the looks of things in the elevator.

Read up on risks of that vaccine for your age and also take into account if you had dengue before..its a tad complicated on risks with that vaccine.
I had it already and my fear is a 2nd time might lose me a limb or organs or worse.

I dunno how you could pinpoint the age down to 2 year intervals.
I've seen 26 year olds that could pass for 16.
My EX looked 25 when she was 35.
I saw a picture of her at 15 on her first day of work and I thought she was 9, lol. Seriously.
But she didn't have her period til 18, apparently, so maybe she was an unusual case.
Tell it to the judge.

It's official: We can pretty much treat covid like the flu now
in COVID-19 Coronavirus
Posted · Edited by freedomnow
Joking aside, think I had covid stuck in me last 6 weeks and now feel these symptoms came up...
MANIFESTATION AND DIAGNOSIS OF COVID-19-RELATED MYOCARDITIS
After 1-3 weeks, they have heart symptoms, such as fatigue, palpitation, chest tightness.
Just would not leave me and at low level, and different to flu.
