I tried to book for a Spouse renewal but there doesn't appear to be that choice

Anybody used on line for that

We have had a True box via satellite for a few years That box was purchased outright 

 About a year  ago we decided to subscribe to True and had a new box fitted  The engineer said it could share the same satellite dish with a separate cable

All worked no problem but recently if the original box is not switched on the second TV starts to break up and even sometimes say there is no signal

Anybody understand   I thought being 2 separate boxes wired independently they should work alone

I have always charged my mobile phones etc. with a simple USB to AC adaptor 

Is it better to use a PD charger or is that just for faster charging

What would be the situation if you applied for a retirement extension 3 days after its  expiry date

Is the visa cancelled or can it be extended paying a fine

Can you only pay by debit/credit card now

I usually pay by money order but cant see it now

I believe an Embassy letter verifying income for visa extension is officially valid for 6 Months

However I have seen on the forum some Immigation offices have asked for 1 or 2 months

Anybody know what the rule is for Chiang Mai

I will soon have to apply to the British Embassy in Bangkok for a proof of income letter

Unfortunately my Pension letters etc have not yet arrived from the UK and as with previous mail may never come

Will the Embassy accept prints of emailed copies from my Pension provider or does it have to be originals

Yes I meant how recent it needed to be , sounds like 6 months and less is applied in Chiang Mai

Anybody used the car park recently it looked 100% full today including double parking

Just looked at a WD elements external hard dive and price etc looked good but noticed no warranty

Not sure what that would mean if not working on arrival

I think there are quite a few outlets I got mine from their shop in Airport Plaza they have a list of where available

Maybe you can use 1504 but on the back of the card it says 1544 which works no problem

I couldn't get a Zay hi card so I bought a CAT card

Just dial 1544 then enter card details and destination number

For me the quality of the line much better than Zay hi cost about the same

I think they only sell direct now I used to buy at SE-ED but they dont have them now

Im going to try a CAT phonenet card which you can get at the post office

I am going to extend my visa using my pension income as the financial requirement

However I have read in some posts that despite having an Embassy letter confirming the pension as sufficient Immigration sometimes ask to see bank books

My question is that my Thai wife and I have joint accounts would that be acceptable

I know if I was using the 800000 deposit the account would have to be in my name only

Anybody know where I can get Bi-Pin base bulbs

They are the tiny little ones used for cabinet spots and the like
