  1. I went to the motorbike seat shop and had a cover made for my washer, good for protecting it from all the elements. also camphor, cats hate the smell and you and buy it easily. Try a pharmacy or Julipan stationary. Yes catching it and fixing it. Would be cruel to relocate it though.

  2. I love this post and shared it on many friends wall. Nice to know there is like minded people here! I appreciate your post.

Here on TV there is this cool button that appears next to each and every post that says "like this". If you like (or even love) a post then why not press the button.

Because the little button only said LIKE not:

Nice to know there is like minded people here! I might like the post of someone but that does not mean they are like minded.

But thank you for the remedial instructions on Thai Visa.

Also good to bump up the post because there are a lot of people who have no idea

  3. I too want to have mine removed and do not want to hear the debate about it but want to know if there is a dentist who indeed does specialise in this particular thing as it does require more then a good dentist. It requires someone knowledgeable in this department.

  4. OMG it is all toxic!!!! Very toxic. I am surprised someone would think Bayon is ok! I sprayed some Baygon as a last resort the other day and swear I had shortness of breath. I think they all have deet. Try spraying sketelone on some thing plastic or acrylic? Dont get it on your favourite sun glasses either. Don't Thais burn coconuts to repell mozzies?

The purple coils are pretty and smell nice but still toxic!

I had chikunkunya too and best thing is now I dont have to worry about it but it seems as if no one has it anymore?

I use these natural mosquito coils from Thailand, cheap enough and natural spray too.. and don't forget a fan works wonders too!

They don't smell perfumey but most perfumey smells are chemicla anyway... They dont smell bad either just a bit smokey.

you can place an order online and pick it up in a few days in Nai Harn too at the Book Cafe near Sinbi

Do you know of any stores in Pattaya that sell those natural coils? I have never seen any coils other than the chemical ones which I refuse to use. 100% it is not healthy to inhale the smoke from those.

They do work .. you can order them online and they will ship to you no problem. They are a health food shop in THailand and not have worry customs and also they ship to all of Thailand.

Yes I have found them to work fine.. made of bergamot and pomelo and..

  5. Hi..

I wanted to make a compost pile, nothing serious mainly just not throw organic stuff in the trash. So i bought a basket from the guy on the street selling baskets and used that outside by back door. Worked well for a while and the basket never got full .. amazing how that worked. I looked and had lots of worms too. This is good from what I read.

I don't make food at home except for one or 2 times a week.

THen the basket stated com posting? and then i started getting a tree!!! I dont know though if it is one tree or 5? Then I looked and saw I also have 3 avocado trees growing!!! I tried many times before to sprout an avocado seed. The girt there is mixed wit concrete from the building ages ago as THais do.

It is sunny - shady a little bit of sun.

If I want to save the tress can I put in a large pot? Or better to put in the ground ? There is no nice dirt here.

I am in Phuket by the way.

I think it is mango tress coming because I eat a lot of mangos.

  7. HI,

Chia seeds in Thailand can be found at Good Karma Thailand health foodshop, http://www.goodkarmathailand.comand the service is good and trustworthy and they ship to all of Thailand.

They are in Thailand so shipping is EMS and no need to deal with customs.

Recently they have added larger quantities of chia seeds up to 1 kilowhich I find is a better value. The chia they have are very nice and grownwithout chemical imported from Bolivia

Also a nice selection of other organic food and health foods so I like tosupport them as it hard to find these kinds of things sometimes inThailand..

  8. HI,

I had iphone 3gs and was really happy with that one. Lost in the sea - ... grrr .

I want to buy a new one......where ever I go they tell me to buy a Iphone 4...instead of Iphone 3gs -

Reason 1 - they do not have 3gs any more.. :-(

Reason 2 - its much better!??

Is it that much better or is it more worth to buy the old Iphone 3 gs for a chepaer price the nteh new iphon 4?

Do they promote IPhone 4 jsut because its the newset one and or is it really worth it??

WhenI compare the differences its very lsmall for me ...and as i can see the biggest change is about the VDO calls, I think I can live without that... :-)

Do anyone know the price difference and what do you recommend me - if i was happpy with the one I had, why do I need to upgrade?

And ,most important. where should i buy the phone... where do they have the "old one" if that is what i decided to buy in the end.. and price?

    THANKS FOR ALL ADVICE!!
