Sorry didnt tell the validity period of the visa in my first post. As you guessed the validity of the visa is several days longer than the whole trip, 80 days in this case. Within those 80 days she is allowed to stay 50 days inside Schengen area.
To get into Aeroflot flight it seems she needs to show tickets of travel outside of Schengen area after landing in Helsinki. She can enter Russia without visa but for that there has to be ticket out of Russia also. So all tickets to cover the whole trip have to be bought beforehand. Cannot make a car trip from Finland to Russia.
Still it is open if train ticket is enough for Aeroflot or if they need to see flight ticket. I think that train ticket from Finland to Russia should be enough but you never know.
Schengen border control dont have as tight rules as what Aeroflot has.
One Aeroflot staff member gave this answer:
In case she don't have return ticket, she plan travel
out of Schengen to other country, she must show other
ticket with date of trip under condition she should depart
from Schengen not over than duration of stay and show
us visa for next country(in case visa require) for make
sure that she can travel out from Schengen without problem.

Schengen visa for 50 days. Flights Bkk - Helsinki - Bkk are 60 days apart so visa is 10 days short of the Bkk Hel flights. Visa is multiple entry and this thai will visit outside Schengen area for more than 10 days by car so 50 days Schengenvisa is enough.
How she can get into to the flight Bkk - Hel? Which kind of proof she need to show to the airline that she will travel out of Schengen area? Is bus ticket enough? Train ticket? Or is flight ticket needed?
I already contacted airline ( Aeroflot ) but so far they just said they dont deal with visas. Problem is that airlines do deal with visas. They can be more strict than border control and refuse entry to the flight. I have to find better contact from the airline.
I already got reply from Schengen border control. They need to see credible intent of travelling outside of Shcengen area. Airlines requirements may require more clear proof.
In general what kind of proof of travel is needed when thai is checking in to a flight to Shcengen area in Suvarnanabhumi? For e.g. if thai takes one way flight to Europe I believe she need to show proof of onward travel in the check in. Which kind of proof is good enough?

If a job needs a foreigner working around Thailand in several provinces is it possible to get one work permit to cover whole Thailand? Projects will take couple of weeks to couple of months so doing the project without a local work permit is too risky. Also adding work places to one year work permit one by one would be too cumbersome in this case ( is it even possible to add work place in another province to current work permit ? )
Is it possible to apply for temporary work permit for a person who has normal one year work permit in another province?
Last option is to hire visiting expert who does not live in Thailand and works in office outside of Thailand and apply B visa and temporary work permits for each project. I have understood that it is relatively easy to get temporary work permits for visiting experts.

My marriage extension ends 15 Jan. I plan to renew my extension one month before expiration 15 December. I should get 30 days under consideration stamp. In Jomtien immigration does the 30 days start from the application date or extension expiration date? Or is it case by case?
-
Has online 90 day report been working for Jomtien reports lately?
What time of the day does it work best? ( Perhaps noon time? When immigration has lunch break ).
Is it better to leave empty Given name, Middle name and Flight number or fill them in?
And how about scandinavian characters? Should I write O with umlaut as OE or just O? ( I tried both combinations and I got the popup which asks to contact local immigration.
The form page opened and I fill in information and used drop down selection ( nationality and date of entry ). But I get the "go to local immigration" pop up.

Wife did TM30 in Jomtien as house possessor. She signed house rental contract. In Jomtien office they wanted to see the owner or owners agent / representative doing TM30 not the possessor. They were not happy to see us again there ( we have been moving three times during last six months ). Finally they made the address report and we got the receipt.
They did not require too many documents. We gave them these.
- TM30 form
- rental contract copy
- id copy of person doing TM30
- passport copy of foreigner living in the house
After that I applied and got two residence certificates with the new address. Price 500baht for two, no receipt.
Downstairs I asked if I need to make TM28 also. They said no need when they saw TM30 receipt.

What are minimum requirements for successful TM30 in Jomtien in case of renting apartment ( owned by a thai )?
I guess at least these:
rental contract
copy of apartment owners id
copy of apartment owners tabien ban
copy of foreigners passport front page
copy of foreigners passport visa and stamp page
TM30 form
Is foreigners passport itself needed?
What if TM30 is not accepted? Later maybe need to have residence certificate. Do they check "TM30 database" when giving residence certificate?
I am moving again. Some apartment owners dont want to give any documentation, only rental contract. They say they are afraid of tax.
If the apartment owner is foreigner it may be more complicated.

Now we moved to a condo. My application for extension based on marriage was accepted ( to be processed ) and I got four weeks temporary stamp.
In this condo the housebook of the condo is not empty. The problem with the earlier house was that there was no person on the housebook of the house. In that case immigration want to see chanote or house purchase contract.
Now the required paperwork was as normal for marriage extension:
all related thai persons ( wife, witness, condo owner ) have to give copy of id and copy of their housebook
housebook of condo
photos in and out, with and without witness
bankbook copies and statement
copies of passport pages
TM30 registation slip
etc
-
What kind of rental apartment would be best for getting one year extension?
- condo owned by thai company ( company renting several condos for long and short term rentals )
- condo owned by thai person
- condo owned by farang
We are planning to move. If everything goes well we loose only 15 000baht in deposits and other costs.

Does the owner have a house book for the house. The is what immigration normally wants for proof of ownership.
Immigration asks for a copy of the owners ID card and house book to go with the rental agreement as standard procedure.
Yes. We have two signed house book copies from owner. One house book is for house we are renting and the other one is owners own house book where he is living himself. There is nobody listed on the house book of the house we are renting. I guess it should be normal if someone owns several houses?
I understood that immigration want more proof linking the owner to the house we are renting.
-
We stay in a rented house. We have all the papers normally needed ( marriage papers, phtotos, contract, copies of housebooks, copy of owners id, TM30 receipt etc ). Jomtien immigration requires more. We should have more papers related to the house. Chanote or buying contract. We dont have either and it looks not easy to get those. Owner can not find the buying contract. Owner is a thai who owns several properties. Chanote is in bank ( loan security ). Owner is traveling and can not visit land office where he he may be able to get copy of chanote or some other document which helps.
This is my first one year extension. That may explain why they require more.
We have talked with immigration police several times. They are quite friendly but say that regulations are strict now.
We could move to a hotel but we need to have long contract. How long is enough? That we dont know.
We can move into a cheap condo for a while but how can we be sure we get good enough papers of the condo? How long contract is long enough when applying one year extension?
Positive is that our own papers and witness and his papers were ok from the beginning. Now we just have to find a place where we are allowed to stay with extension.

I gave the clerk first passport, visaform and copies of bankbooks to go through. He took them and was expecting more but did not say anything. I gave him the address proof ( HSBC statement ). I pointed my address in the statement. He seemed happy. He was checking those for a while, then called somebody and asked more about where I live. He wanted gf id copy. Then he wanted the bankbooks.
I was worried to leave the bankbook overnight there with my passport and many samples of my signature. Clerk put the bankbook inside the passport and stapled them together.
I have earlier applied tourist visas in Vientiane. Also then they sometimes want to see address proof. I believe also hotel reservation printout would be good but I had only thai driving license and a bill which had my address. Both were ok. Although tourists are not expected to have fixed address in thailand, in the consulate they are happy to see proof of address.
-
I gave following papers:
- copies of all important passport pages
- address proof ( HSBC bank statement sent from abroad to my thai address )
- copies of pages of bank books ( two bank books )
- visa form
- passport
They wanted more:
- copy of my gf id ( they asked where I live, I told in apartment rented by my gf )
- the latest bankbook
Payment was next day when picking up visa.
I went to Laos on Sunday, six days after Bkk bomb. Nongkhai border immigration were checking my passport for long time. Both in Thai and Lao side. I have previous Cambodia and Lao visas in my passport. In Lao side they took photo of foreign men coming into Laos. Still it was quite fast, not many people on Sunday when I went into Laos.
In thai consulate there were signs on the wall which says there will be fast track for tourist and transit visas. Fast track means you fill the form and drop it in the mailbox and come back next day to pick up. I believe the queues will be faster.

Can proof of residence be account statement letter from my bank from HK. It has my name and address in Thailand on it? Or is proof of residence from immigration needed?
I will go to Kasikorn to get the Thai bank account balance statement.

To get extension based of marriage its recommended to get Non-O visa first. Is any type of Non-O visa ok? Does it matter if I get single entry retirement visa first and then couple of months later apply for extension based of marriage?
I believe best way would be to get marriage Non-o visa first but could not do at the moment but retirement visa would be easy. Long term I want to have extension based on marriage.
Updated Thai banks bankbook with 800k should be enough to get the 90 day retirement visa from Savannakhet or Vientiane?

It should besomewhere behind Jungceylon but impossible to find without exact location.
Bus from airport to Patong was ok.

It must be like this. One ( value less than 1.5M ) home can be tax free. All other, even the cheap ones, are taxable. Tax freedom is limited to just one home.
"No tax on homes worth less than bt1.5 million; tax to be limited to just 1 home"

Group gathering in Phuket. Some come day time flight some night flights. Some need Phuket Khaolak transport. Etc. Female taxi /van driver would be perfect, there is some families with kids.
If you know reliable service which you can recommend, we want use the same service and support it too, you can pm me or reply in this thread. We want to avoid the Phuket taximafia. About 25 people all in all coming in with different flights.

Which immigration offices nearby Jomtien would be options? I could take short trip to Rayong or Sriracha for example. One night there in hotel and immigration visit. I believe I can extend tourist visa whereever if I have hotel booked?

I have never heard of such a thing. It sounds like they were just putting you off because they were busy.
I suggest you try again.
It was nice easy afternoon, not many people. Maybe they wanted to finish their job early today.

This ( Tue 20.1 ) , visa afternoon. Tourist visa, permission of stay till 25.1.
Front staff checked the papers and said come back 25th. I was surprised and told it has been possible to do extension 30 days in advance. They checked again and said come back 23rd ( 25th is Sunday ). No advance extension for tourista visa. Had short talk with three of the staff. No way to get queue number.
Is this temporary rule for high season ( to move the crowds further when there is less customers)? Anyway it was not too crowded this afternoon.
Is there different staff in the morning shift? I could try tomorrow morning again.
I planned to travel on Friday.

Baht bus drivers are powerfull group they dont need tips or pity. Good for them, no problem with that. Majority of the passengers in baht bus system are local thai. Some of them get 600baht monthly pension, and do also work and need to travel around. For them doubling the fare from 10 to 20 would be big problem. If many people keep overpaying soon the price will be 20 for all.
Already now there is too many baht buses on beach area and too few on other areas. One reason is that there is easy money on beach areas and the baht buses just go where there is easy money.
Some times I ask what is the price from Jomtien to Central festival area. Always answer has been 10baht. I ask from thais. If I have large luggage or golf bag then I have to pay 20 because the bag takes a seat from other customers. That is reasonable.- 1

What are typical requirements for the employer in Chonburi labour office when a foreigner with marriage extension applies for WP?
Does the employer need to have 4 full time thai employees? Or is it enough to have couple of part time thai employees? Is there minimum salary for the foreign employee?

I have some "old money" in thai bank account ( couple of millions ). It can be difficult to prove the origin of that money. Can I still use bank statement for extension of stay based on marriage or retirement?
I still have more than half year to decide which one to choose. But if I need to take my money out and wire transfer it back in again then I have to plan beforehand.
The money have accumulated during several years when I have visited here. Some I have taken as cash from abroad, some withdrawals from overseas accounts via local ATM etc. I can show withdrawals from my overseas accounts but I am afraid that is not good enough proof.
Which proof of onward travel needed when thai arrives to Europe on multiple entry Schengenvisa?
in Visas and migration to other countries
Posted
One detail about the multiple entry Schengen visa is that allowed the duration of stay is not per entry. It is the sum of the days inside Schengen area during each visit. Not like multiple entry thai visa for e.g. 90 days stay per each visit.
