Foreign nationals in Phuket donate blood amid Rh-negative shortage
Over the past 3 years I have given around 15 - 20 litres. Perfectly fine blood that Thai hospitals have literally just thrown in the bin for no reason. Whilst other countries use this blood with no problem. Other people I have met on this forum have had the same issue. It's incredibly frustrating. Have I volunteered yet? Educate yourself before making ignorant comments.

Foreign nationals in Phuket donate blood amid Rh-negative shortage
Yet Thai hospitals throw away the blood they take from people with Haemochromatosis who regularly visit to get therapeutic Phlebotomy/Venesections. Not the case in other developed countries.

I want to buy s&p 500 stock in thailand...where?
I mistakenly walked into one of SCB's investment only branches about a year ago. While I was in there I asked about buying stocks and she just said no can not lol. I have a feeling it can be done however anytime I try to open anything stock related in the app it always hits a brick wall and says "Thai Nationality" only. Other times it says to visit a branch. Probably for the better anyway as the documentation would no doubt all be in Thai and given that some banks try to fleece you with insurance every chance they get I am not sure they have the integrity to be managing my investments. Especially considering you can just invest in your home country anyway. I will say though I have never had much of an issue with SCB compared to Bangkok or Kasikorn banks. Normally they are pretty good.

Passenger sustains serious injury on escalator at Don Mueang airport
From chat gpt and picture circulating labelled "secret" in red: Accidents involving moving walkways are relatively rare. The frequency of accidents can vary depending on various factors such as the design, maintenance, usage patterns, and adherence to safety protocols. The majority of accidents on moving walkways are minor, such as slips, trips, or bumps, and often occur due to user error or negligence, such as not paying attention, running, or engaging in unsafe behavior. Serious accidents are rare but can occur in exceptional circumstances or due to mechanical failures. Overall, when used properly and with caution, moving walkways are a safe mode of transportation.

FX letter for condo purchase issues
I'm going out of my mind. I've transferred the first payment to the developer for the purchase of a condo. I included the exact payment instruction message that was requested in the contract. Meaning in the reference feild I have included "for the purchase of condo xxxx in xxxxx condominium project". After this my lawyer has gone to the bank to ask about getting the required Letter from the bank. Then he has come back to me saying the bank wants the full address somehow attached to the transaction (it doesn't fit in the reference field obviously). I contacted my overseas bank they are confused about this and never heard of anyone attaching a whole paragraph description to a transaction. When i mention this to lawyer he just says they (overseas bank) need to do it even though i clearly tell him that's not an option. So now I have already paid quote alot and have more payments due soon. In my brain worst case scenario is I lose all the money I've paid already because the developer has it and i can't get the required Letter. Really concerned but anytime i talk to lawyer or developer everyone seems pretty chilled like there's not even an issue. Starting to lose my patience a bit. So looking for any solution or someone familiar with this issue
