  1. I design and print tee shirts, mugs or anything that can be printed on basically. Or I print for others if they have a design or photo they want printing.

It can be time consuming but the results are worth it.

I also dabble in genealogy, but that is getting a little difficult from here (Thailand) as I am British.

  2. Just had similar problems. My Int. Hospital where I have spent loads of money refused to sign it. They just say "cannot" ask why "cannot" In the end I had to go to a local lawyer and they wanted 3,000 baht. I said I would pay 2,000 baht. I did this because I knew I would just get the run-around. So frustrating, they just do not understand there is no accountability towards them. Pathetic.

On top of that DWP sent the certificate in January, I never received it. I emailed DWP as they postponed payment, and they sent another through email (this week) Just sent a completed form today. They will not accept electronic mail so have to wait for post again.

    So frustrating.

  3. A bit further. I ordered through AliExpress. Item was for 2 pieces at 600bht. Received and paid, opened the package only 1 item. Tried contacting the seller, no response, tried Ali, they said send it back. Yeh sure, send the one back to a company that does not respond, I will settle for the one I have in hand. Ali don't want to know. Useless pieces of dirt.

Ordered from Ali again, different item, ordered in September, had to pay first, no COD available. Item never received, Tracking showed delivered. Asked for POD, they do not respond. Told Ali, they say item already delivered, nothing they can do. Contacted the seller, item delivered, not interested, still no reply from shipper (YOUSUN) still an on going thing. Going nowhere. Never will pay for anything in advance again and will always check delivery before paying. Bunch of thieves who don't care about the buyer.

  4. Yes, I do often. My mother and father died, then my older brother and now my oldest sister. All of which my son has never met. Reason being, I lost contact for many years due to travelling around and moving to Thailand. Now, I cannot afford to go back to the UK to see my remaining family. my regrets are that my son will probably never meet his English family, at least while I am still alive. Now I am 71 years old. I have re-established contact but it's not the same as seeing them in person. I still live in hope that one day I will take my son to meet them, a dream.

Great, I think I will go for the 200xx. Not too strong but strong enough. Great help, thanks.

Our two story house had a Hitachi water pump for over 20 years it stated leaking but still works I put it to use  over our farm.

So I bought another similar Hitachi WM P150xx which served our two story house very well.

I bought it from a Lazada supplier for 4,300 baht some 2000 baht cheaper than our local shops.

Many thanks for your reply. Does the P150xx give a good strong water supply especially in the shower?

  7. I am moving into a new house and need to install a water pump and tank. The house has downstairs and upstairs, 2 bedrooms both ensuite, downstairs bathroom and kitchen. Two adults. May add an outside water tap too. I am looking for advise on the size of water pump I would require for good strong water supply. Probably use a 1,000L tank.

Any advise would be appreciated. Thank you.

  8. Firstly, I apologize if this is the wrong place for this enquiry.

Hi, My son has been left a piece of land from his grandfather now deceased (rest his sole) My son is a Thai national 21 years old. I would like to know if anyone knows the cost of transferring ownership to him. This is rice land with no property on it.

If you have any knowledge or experience of this I would be most grateful to hear from you.
