I have ab APEC card from New Zealand. Each and every  time I leave they BKK they stamp mt passport with departure stamp. It is recorded on their computer. I would go into the Thai embassy in your country and   Make it known to them. Show them your departure flight ticket. Did you fill in your Thai departure docket. I do not think you will have any problem entering again.

The smoking laws in Thailand do nothing really to stop young kids from smoking. No cigarette advertising, hide the cigarets in the stores.

If the Thai authorities really want to make it hard for young people not to smoke, Thailand could hold their heads up to a NEW LAW.

Make it illegal for anyone under the age of, (say 18) to smoke, even tourists, on the penalty of a big fine that the parents, if here in Thailand be liable to pay.

Other countries around the world will look at this law and praise the Thai Government for implementing it.

I do not think any other country in the world have this law.

I did my house few years ago. I had all electrics pulled out and re-wire red it all. Made sure they had the earthing wires in. 10 years ago. Best thing I did. And I checked as they went. Thais do not know about safety with electrics. I would not bother with having 3 phase, 380 volts unless you are going to have appliances pulling a lot,of power, like large air cons. But make double shaw you have your showers heaters earthed.

I am 76 had the same problems. I read up a lot and the main problem pointed at lack of Magnisium. I started taking Mag vitamins and eating more Bannanas. The cramps were significantly much less.

Yes, be on the safe side. I now have a Thai licence been coming and going for 10+ years and have a house here. I always take international licence I use it also in Hong Kong, Vietnam and Malaysia. Very easy and fast to get one.

I rented a condo for 4 months  north of Pattaya the owner was American, he came with his Thai wife once a week for an inspection. Which I would have  expected him to do, I would if I was renting my condo.

HI have been folowing the currencies. Some time back I fancied Ripple, it was US0.47 it went to 0.87 very fast then it was heading for the US government on a court order.  It dropped over a few weeks back to 0.67. Over the last few weeks they all lost a lot.

You can buy from the pharmacy vitamin called Probiotics. They are good I take them, I have the same prob here as you. Also make plenty of soups with beans like kidney beans and others with lots veggies. Do not eat deep fried foods with batter either.

Couple years back I exchanged quite a few at Super Rich Exchange. No problem I also got a better rate. There was a problem some years back with copies and the EU notified banks and exchanges they had took them off the market. They produced new ones more specialised to copy and put them back on the market.

It also depends on the size of the unit Richard.if it is faulty it can draw more power.

My main Dakin in the lounge 26btu was not cooling. The guy came and replaced the Capasitor in the outdoor unit, and it worked great.It cost 1,000. Our business in New Zealand is Dehumidifiers and portable air cons. I looked at a few things on the unit but you cannot tell if the capacitor is faulty unless you connect another one to test if the unit cools again. So I brought a couple of capacitors back with me from our stock.

It certainly can. My wife was going to call the local guy because her daughters air con was not cooling very good. I pulled open the front of the wall unit and the filters were blocked with a buildup of dust ect. I lifted them out and cleaned them. The air con performed 100% better..

if it is short of gas you will normally get a leak out of the wall unit. You can also open the front take the filters out and see if there is any ice on the pipes, if so that is a sure sign of gas shortage.
